Weigh in day. Started at 288 3 weeks ago. Had a full 10 days off from work and my normal diet and now im at 285. Still a pound a week so im happy with it.

UPDATE:Mom is out of the ICU. Her BP is back to normal; she is still fighting the Kidney Infection, but she is looking and doing so much better. Do I wish the staff had let me know before I went to the ICU and panicked when my mom wasn't there? Yes. Thank you all for the prayers!
Update. The antibiotics and BP meds are working well. Mom is lucid and cracking jokes. Dr. Said her vitals are improving slowly. But still a long road ahead. Thank you all for the prayers and we'll wishes. It means a lot more than youll ever know.
