@Hermesparcels My parcel has been at your "local depot" for 2 days. I called the number on your website, got an automated response that eventually informed me my parcel is at "our local depot". Why is it impossible to speak with a person to find out when I'll get my delivery?

Don't worry about replying (although I'm guessing it's not going to happen anyway), as your company is returning the package to the sender, after it was damaged between pick up and your depot. I do hope the sender will be compensated.
