I owe my career growth to @RealDevSquad and @RealAnkush.
The environment and the community here helps you grow so much as a person and an engineer.
I highly recommend everyone in my circle to check the path below.
How to join @RealDevSquad :

Doing video encoding and restreaming to my YouTube, X live, etc. And the current bill is less than $5.
R2 video serves as a backup, but I doubt I can use workers here due to stricter CPU and memory limits.
By the way, thank you for the OSS plan @Cloudflare provided us at @RealDevSquad all these years. It's greatly appreciated!

People often ask why I was part of @RealDevSquad, and I always say the same thing — the people there are incredibly experienced in their industry, the work standards are extremely high, and I know that being in such an environment will eventually take me somewhere good.
2nd product manager success from @RealDevSquad
Crazy to think how it all just works for so many people ❤️

Working on SkillTree’s Expert Flow made me slow down and rethink my process.
Turning scenarios into flows inside Figma felt like writing tiny stories just in a UX way.

Pro Tip: Make it easy for people to check out your work.
Our @RealDevSquad devs are already good, we constantly make them great!

The easier you make for people to quickly check out your work, more they see it and remember it.

No one is going to do the hard work to try and find your PRs. But, if you spend those extra 5s and link it yourself, you increase the surface area of people discovering what you are doing, and that makes them remember you more](https://pbs.twimg.com/media/G4axYm0bkAA2pUW.png?name=small&format=webp)

🚀 Ready to Build Real Projects That Actually Matter?
Are you tired of building the same todo apps and weather widgets that every bootcamp teaches?
At Team.Shiksha, we believe your time is too valuable to spend on clone projects that recruiters see a hundred times. That's why we launched Team.Shiksha Projects - where engineering talent works on real-world applications used by actual humans.
Why Real World Projects > Bootcamp Clones
While paid courses teach you to recreate the same Netflix/Instagram clones, our contributors build products like RSVP.kim and OpenLOGO.fyi that solve genuine problems. Here's what makes the difference:
📈 Resume Impact: Hiring managers want to see problem-solving skills, not just coding ability. Real-world projects demonstrate how you conceptualize solutions, create PRDs, break down engineering tasks, and collaborate in multi-month development cycles.
🎯 Industry Experience: Our projects simulate professional environments with dedicated product managers, designers, and engineers forming project pods. You'll experience the full product lifecycle - something no clone project can teach.
💼 Career Growth: Multiple contributors have landed stable jobs after building and scaling projects with us over 8-10 months. Why? Because they have portfolios that prove they can build, not just copy.
October Cohort Now Open!
We're looking for dedicated individuals:
- Developers: Build scalable web & mobile applications
- Designers: Shape user experiences for real products
- Product Managers: Drive feature development and strategy
This isn't about turning up every day... it's about consistent contribution and keeping your project pod informed. Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither are meaningful products.
Ready to build your career with projects that matter?
Apply for our October batch and choose from various ongoing projects based on your skills or what you want to develop. Join a community where your code impacts real users, not just your GitHub stars.
Apply now via our own in-house tool: rsvp.kim/join-teamshiksha-pr…

Target getting into @RealDevSquad. you'll improve a lot, as a designer as well as in terms of product thinking. Ankush is a cheat code, if you wanna do product design.

At @RealDevSquad, you learn not just what and how to do things, but also the key professional skills that truly matter.
I often think about the dev @caught_nd_bowld, who got busier in life, decided to leave @RealDevSquad,
BUT,
Refused to leave their task incomplete. Said they committed to it, so will wrap it up, make sure it works, then exit.
Even though the tech stack wasn't their paying job's stack, they didn't simply quit. Left on great terms, didn't burn bridges. Displayed high level of professionalism, integrity and responsibility (for a FREE group!! Would have lost nothing if they simply left!)
That kind of ethics, integrity, reliability, ownership, commitment is hard to find in people.
