I believe it started when Kenneth Hagin breathed heavily into a microphone and saw people fall over. So he kept doing it and through his faith, it had an impact.
Others followed, Benny Hinn, Rodney Howard-Browne, etc., because they too saw how it affected others. Then many began to see the act do similar where many were filled with the Holy Spirit and gifts began to manifest.
Faith to see miracles is funny that way. Many ministers pick up various techniques when ministering and when they see others do it and see results by the Holy Spirit, they do the same and see the same results.
But, just like all charismatic acts, not all are effective and not all are done well, but the faith of the minister is what counts.
The relation between preachers breathing into the microphone and what Jesus did is a method that harkens the memory of acts and hearing the mighty rushing wind. It often does have effect and results.
Does the act work because Jesus breathed on His disciples to receive the Holy Spirit? Is it required to see the Holy Spirit move? Great questions to pursue.
I have more of an issue with preachers yelling into microphones. Either put the mic down or back away from the mic. The sound system does the amplification (multiplication) of the frequencies. Let it do its job.
“And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit. If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained.””

One of the most chilling warnings against the occult and the use of black magic comes from Christopher Lee…
“I warn all of you: never, never, never. You will not only lose your mind: you will lose your soul.”

A good friend once asked me what faith is.
One dark and stormy (pitch-black above and below) night I taxiied to the #1 catapult on the Eisenhower in the middle of the Gulf of Aden... I advanced the throttles to MAX afterburner, wiped out the controls and flicked my external lights on to signal I was ready for launch. The catapult released and I was rocketed down the deck and off the bow of the boat.
And I got the strongest somatogravic illusion vertigo (look it up) I've ever had in my life. I felt like I was pointing straight up but my instruments were telling me I was barely climbing at ~60' over the water.
Every single fiber of my being was telling me to push the stick full forward. I knew it was impossible for me to be pointing straight up, but it took literally EVERY OUNCE of my self control to maintain the velocity vector (the indicator of my flight path) ONE degree above the horizon in the HUD (heads-up display). It took about 30 seconds for it to pass... but it felt like 30 minutes.
Withe every fiber of my being my body wanted to push the stick full forward, sending me and my aircraft into an immediate and watery grave. My faith required me to trust my instruments. I should have climbed out at ~20 degrees of pitch. The best I could manage was BARELY 1 degree above the artificial horizon for 30 seconds.
My faith in my God is similar. My body often tells me to push the stick forward into hell. My mind and my training/catechism tells me to trust my instruments. I also know that I should be spiritually ascending at a rate of climb much faster than I am sometimes capable, and I am deeply grateful for God's mercy in understanding my human condition.
You ask what instruments I trust in this life? The Holy Cross is my HUD. Many days, a 1 degree climb is all I can manage.

President Trump also dropped the biggest Truth bomb regarding child trafficking to the world and he did it right in the faces of the UN globalist elites who facilitate it.
"Any system that results in the mass trafficking of children is inherently EVIL. Yet that is exactly what the globalist migration agenda has done. And it's what it's all about."
"The previous administration lost nearly 300,000 children.
Think of that.
They lost more than 300,000 children, little children, who were trafficked into the United States on the Biden watch. Many of whom have been raped, exploited and abused and sold. SOLD!
Nobody talks about that.
The fake news doesn't write about it.
With many others, young children who are missing or dead."
He's calling them all out, as well as the satanic banking families that control them all.

Watch this. ❤️🙏
His name is Nor Ray Ray.
His hands may look different. His arms may work differently. But just listen to what he can do.
He sits at that piano, plays beautifully, and sings for the Lord with everything he has.
A powerful reminder that God doesn’t measure us by what the world sees as limitations. He sees what we do with what we’ve been given.
Absolutely beautiful. 🎹✝️❤️

🧑🎓 Homeschool students obviously do far better than those in government so-called "schools."
But what does the data say?
Dr. Brian Ray, the founder of @NHERI_Research, joins The Sentinel Report to articulate just how well the home educated perform compared to public schoolers.

Prophetic Warning to the Jetsetters
The Lord keeps the wind beneath the wings of the mighty and the tiny birds because they trust in Him. But when the name of a sent one comes before the Lord's name in ministry, it becomes idolatry. The little birds know their master, but the fallen ones think the mirror is better.
Yes, God sees the words coming out of the mouths of the pastors and preachers, the ones who are chosen, and the ones who steal and borrow the anointing from others and live on "borrowed time". Because they have not submitted to Him, they are only partially grafted members, with weak structure. A strong wind might break them off.
For God's voice will be heard, and if it is not, then the wind can cease for a time. Yes, flight is a finicky thing, and those who trust in it more than they do in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ may find themselves without the thrust to get through their days or the wind to support their wings to reach their destination.
For God is the creator of all things in the heavens and on earth. There is nothing he does not see or hear, and nothing that escapes His attention. He knows the very desires of our hearts. And to know His voice is to have faith in Him, and even the work of every person who does their job and does it well can tell that it is by Him that anything works well at all. Those who refuse to hear His voice will reject the very work of His hands and, at worst, call it "demonic." To their error.
Trust in the Lord, hear His voice, and obey His commands, and your flights in life will be without turbulence and arrive safely at every destination. Trust your own opinion too much, and you will be stuck at the airport or between airports, left wandering and wondering, "What happened?"
The name of the Lord is a strong tower;
the righteous man runs into it and is safe.

False teaching. 🐺
Jesus paid for our tithes on the cross. No more burdens. Who the son sets free is free indeed, remember? Don’t strap to the backs of believers what Jesus bore for them.
Paul stated no one should give out of fear, but love. We are all directed by the Holy Spirit to give all we can, not by tithe law, but by obedience to Him via offerings.
Tithing has allowed demonic and egregious abuse of the poor by churches. God is done with it!
I was told by the Holy Spirit that prosperity gospel requires fear-based tithing to pay for the modern day pyramid-scheme church. He is done with it!
Billy Graham got it right, so do so many others, even John MacArthur! Why aren’t you? So many warnings and great teaching on this exists. Yet jet-setting, limo-riding preachers keep lying to the sheep to keep the money flowing in one direction. Jesus is done with it!
All should give and God DOES reward. He loves a cheerful giver, this is true! Tithing? No! Offerings and over-the top giving with God-inspired generosity? YES!
It’s time for tithing teachers to repent and do right in the sight of Jesus or the end for these ministries will be quick and without warning! You will see it!

At the very last moment of the night, I made one final altar call.
And he came running off the beach to surrender his life to Jesus. 🙏🏽🌊

I was on the bridge of a US Navy fast oiler today with a young woman whose parents were enlisted sailors. She grew up a Navy kid, moving from place to place.
She graduated from college with a journalism degree but couldn’t find a job that paid much.
So she joined the U.S. Merchant Marine at the bottom, as a galley hand, mopping floors and making beds.
She worked for six years, then went back to school at @MaritimeCollege in the Bronx, earning both a master’s degree in logistics and her officer’s license.
Now she’s officer of the watch aboard the U.S. Navy’s newest @MSCSealift ship.
And she did a damn fine job.
From mopping decks to standing a bridge watch on one of America’s newest and most impressive ships.
I love this nation. 🇺🇸
