Feels good to see myself finding and refining my content, and as a result feeling more confident in asking for my true worth with the brands I work with.
Today’s price is not yesterday’s price.
I think the market now exists for a “shared memory” AI service of sorts.
I use all these different AI tools, but it’s a hassle to make sure they all have parity in terms of what they know about me, to keep them contextually equal.
Trust vs trust funds. My thoughts on the Phia story shared today by Bloomberg

There will be no WW3.
They've abandoned numbered releases and switched to a live service model with seasonal events.
The creator economy needs a real estate agent. I'm looking for a private office lease to work out of and film content in, but I don't want to sign a 3 year lease and don't need 20,000 square feet.
Huge missed opportunity.
Last year I was let go.
This morning I was named to the @forbes 30 Under 30 list.
What a journey it’s been 🙏

The most efficient distribution is getting users to promote the product as a way of promoting themselves
Especially their (1) achievement, (2) intellect, (3) taste, (4) access, (5) tribe
Examples:
- YouTube play button
- Spotify Wrapped
- Oura sleep score
- GitHub contribution chart
Not white but I’ll be doing both 👌

Major cheat code for life: Treat everyone like you’ll meet them again, because you might. The intern becomes the decision-maker, the waiter becomes the investor, the competitor becomes the partner. Life is a boomerang. The world is small. What you send out always circles back.

The clearest sign that you’re working on the right thing: It gets you out of your own head. You stop overthinking. No stress about the past. No anxiety about the future. Just energy in the present. Flow. Lean into the things that get you out of your own head.

i can't think of a non-cliche way to say this, but everyone who says having a kid is the best thing in the world is both correct and still somehow understating it.

Building a monster brand while being the best father and husband I can be. Success means nothing if it comes at the cost of what matters most. My family will always be my foundation, not a trade-off.

If you're a man who's achieved success—whether that's professionally or in finding happiness & purpose—it's becoming increasingly important that you find time to mentor a young man who's not related to you and not your direct employee.
Young men are looking for role models. They're not asking for it because of course they're not—they don't know how to. But we wonder why the Andrew Tates of the world gain notoriety & traction? I've always believed it's because young men don't know where else to turn.
That's where Millennials and Gen X men need to do better. There are so many ways you can offer your wisdom to the next generation:
- coach a youth sports team
- post on LinkedIn offering free career guidance
- volunteer in the arts
- if you're religious, participate in the church
- hell, start making content about your personal values so we can see examples of men who've built great lives
My challenge to every 30+ man in 2025: find a young man's life that you can positively influence. It will take some time and work, but it's important.

I didn't think I'd be doing this twice today but here we go....
@StevenBartlett just put this on his IG story and so I have to take a trip down memory lane...
10 months ago, I left my job to do the podcast full time.
I was making $0 from the show but I loved the conversations and I had ultimate confidence in where it could go.
For the last 10 months, I have posted an episode every single week. I did not miss one week . 100 views every episode, at times disillusioned but I did not miss one week. That was a source of pride.
Every episode we learnt something. We became obsessive about every aspect of podcasting. Whatever it took to make a 0.1% improvement we did it....
One day, I watched an interview with @McdonnellCallum and @grace_andrews and it opened my mind to how a world class team builds a world class show.
From that moment, we experimented relentlessly, thumbnails, titles, episode formats, we went to the drawing board again and again and again and then it happened....
We had our first viral episode. It got over 800K views. Then another one went viral, then another one.
We went from 500 subs to over 120K subs in 11 months (over 6.5M downloads in that time) but that actually doesn't matter....
The mission of the podcast is to show people anything is possible when you bet on yourself. That is my story. That is the story of the podcast and its @StevenBartlett story
Steven I've read your books, I've followed your story, it would be awesome to get you on the show. We film in person in NYC and have had guests like @MinorityM1ndset @SahilBloom @ShaanVP among others.
We are both english as well 😅. Lets make it happen
