Standards without accountability are just words. Accountability is what turns standards into culture.
Most Pros have mastered the moves that seem easy to do. Trying work out like LeBron isn't going to work when Bron has been a professional for 23 years now. The game is very simple. pick a move and master that. then have a counter once you dominate using that move.
