Arrest Made in Sept. 29 Jefferson County Road-Rage Shooting-Immigration Status Ignored
Authorities in Jefferson County have arrested 27-year-old Rafael Jose Mateo Ruiz in connection with a road-rage shooting on Interstate 70.
According to investigators, Tony Polisi, a man in his 70s, and his wife were driving home to Arvada from Golden when an altercation occurred with the driver of a red car near Colfax Avenue and eastbound I-70. Polisi passed the vehicle, after which the driver opened fire, striking Polisi's car five times. One bullet passed through the driver's seat and struck Polisi in the back, causing a non-life-threatening injury to his lung.
Investigators located and arrested Ruiz without incident in Thornton using traffic camera footage, license plate readers, and cell location data. Ruiz was booked on multiple charges, including attempted first-degree murder and first-degree assault.
Why did the news skip the suspect's immigration status? Probably because they don't want to paint Democrats in a bad light for creating a sanctuary state.
We don't have to live this way. Democrats created the conditions that led to this.

Why would Jason Crow have to tweet this in the middle of an election unless Colorado Democrats were up to something? There is a high degree of probability that they are using software and ballot harvesting to manipulate the count. We simply don’t know:
-Colorado blocks all access to voter rolls. We don’t know who is voting.
-Colorado’s Voter System isn’t auditable. Nobody knows whats actually going on.

Yesterday was a good day for Carissa. We took a walk and enjoyed the sun and autumn breeze. Her dad stopped by for a visit and she turned her head to look at him. Her O2 saturation was a little low, but better than the day before.
That’s a good day for us.
This isn’t the life my daughter should have had.
She should have graduated esthetician school.
She should be studying skincare in Japan right about now.
Texting me pictures of the beautiful sites and yummy food.
Calling me when she discovers a new product found only in Japan.
That’s the life she deserved.
But an unlicensed, uninsured illegal alien stole all of that from her when she hit my daughter and then fled the scene, leaving my daughter at the side of Parker Rd for dead.
The illegal alien that hit her faced zero consequences for what she did to my daughter. All but one felony was dropped and it’s a nonviolent felony at that.
Thankfully, she was deported. God bless, @ERODenver. But we’re not done.
She could come back to Colorado today.
And our sanctuary policies would protect her still.
That’s why ballot initiative 81 is critical.
There is no ceiling to the number of Americans democrats are willing to sacrifice at the altar of “sanctuary policies”.

I find it interesting that all these frauds revolve around 'aid' and 'care'. Democrats/Liberals have latched onto programs of compassion and thrown disabled, seniors, and those who are weak under the bus like them starting the KKK. Same white robes, just different blame game.

if you have to hold up a sign to declare 'your truth' as fact, and it goes contrary to fact, you're lying. If you have to put a qualifier (trans) in front of the subject, more than likely reality is the opposite of what you say.
Voting yes also @sven_scharpen. Kids don't need to deal with manipulation of the standards of male/female reality, or question reality based on feelings. Wrote "one-million dollars" paper. Took it to the bank - telling them the paper felt like a million. They wouldn't deposit.
