Drinking Fort Collins Brewery Z beer. Interesting rauchbier.
Will find out if others like it tomorrow at tailgating. Taking a 5 gallon keg. Wonder if there will be enough left for halloweeen.
The pumpkin beer truned out pretty tasty. Would like more malt backbone. The 5 0z of spices is noticable but not oerpowering.
It has been stable at 14 PSI for a few days. Need to check FG and col condition.
I let the pumpkin ale naturally carbonate by kegging it with a couple of graviy points left to ferment. It has gotten to 14 PSI.
My friends that like the low flavored beers might like it. Need to do some recipe tweaking.
Trying my FT clone. Didn't turn out as i hoped It as a slight bready malt characterisic. Was hoping for bit bigger malt backbone.
