Zelenskyy changed the terms of the mineral agreement at the white house and in front of the media. A security agreement was never part of the deal. That is no different than making Ukraine part of NATO which is a horrible idea and never part of the agreement. That’s why Trump and Vance were furious as anyone would be under the circumstances.
