Pinnacle Point is a dark, psychological / cosmic horror set on a remote island. You play as Aron, returning years after an ill-fated expedition, haunted over abandoning his brother. Confront the horrors awakened, and face those who seek to control its power.

Wife forced me to take a vacation. It was either this or divorce. Game dev will have to wait a few days. Vamos a la playa I gues...

Fixed cameras. Fixed date.
PHASE ZERO arrives March 11th, 2027.
My take on Pluribus: I don't get all the awards and praise.
Great premise, fun philosophical implications, but characters are flat and boring. Barely any conflict or backstory.
Millions wiped out, yet you're fussing about offending people or pronouncing their names correctly?
Even though I'm a game developer and make my living selling games, I still believe that if you own the hardware, you should be able to run whatever you want on it (pirated or not). Platforms should compete on quality and convenience, like Steam does, not by locking people out.
All it took Sony to blow up the hacking scene was a measly $10k - less than half a day's salary for one of their execs.

Just checked out the demo of Pinnacle Point by @Ready2RunGames!
It was fantastic! I loved the style, the atmosphere and the mystery of what's going on. I love Alan Wake so the fighting mechanics were really fun and that boss fight is awesome!

Project Zomboid with DLSS5 actually looks better. Maybe first proper use-case?

"Why do we need more graphics?": 2010's Alan Wake was as photoreal as videogames ever needed to be, reckons original Thief designer. bit.ly/4r7LgAo
