Berkshire primary and secondary schools get involved in this FREE family physical activity challenge with @paulajradcliffe . Check it out and get going. I'm going for kitchen disco, visiting playground and going for a walk with my family - what about you??#TWO15
@paulajradcliffe is absolutely right!
You don't have to run to take part in the #Two15challenge.
All you need to do is be active as a family for at least 2 hrs & 15 mins across the half term holiday.
We want to see all your activity ideas- the more creative the better.
