๐21-22 SEASON ROUND UP๐
This season we visited 11 different hunts and a Beagling Festival resulting in 26 sabs. We worked with over 20 different groups from across the country and saw many wild animals to safety. [1/4]

On Saturday I joined multiple @HuntSabs groups to monitor the Mendip Huntโ foxes were spotted fleeing for their lives and the hounds were out of control , one of which was injured after running into oncoming traffic .
This isn't trail hunting , it's wildlife crime .

Just donโt mention the dead horses aye.

First day of the Cheltenham Festival seemed to go off really well yesterday, without any major incidents. Early morning briefing to 120 police on duty - some from other forces, reinforcing the skill sets available to the Constabulary.
Although the day started with rain, visitors remained undaunted and fully enjoyed themselves (but many cars leaving from the carparks probably had problems getting out of the mud).
Very few reports of anti-social behaviour - one day down, 60k visitors, three more days to go, so let's hope all our security measures continue to prove effective!

Devon County Hunt Saboteurs and Mendip Hunt Sabs have today been at a hunt near Colyton, where they came across terrier men digging out at a badger sett.
It's been brought to our attention that pigeons are getting trapped in the metal grating under the railway bridge near Medusa Club on Caversham road, Reading. @networkrail have freed some but pigeons are continuing to fall into the space on the actual railway line above.
[1/2]
@networkrail have advised that this would require them to close the entire line to repair it. Please politely contact them to ask what they are going to do to prevent pigeons from suffering long agonising deaths. Contact details in the link below:

Best of luck to our pals hitting up the Royal Artillery closing meet today.
Wish we could be there!

Yesterday we joined @Plainhuntsabs to sab the Royal Artillery Hunt met at Greensland Camp, near Tilshead, Wiltshire. 1/8
Whipper In, Guy Loader did his best trying to get them out before giving up and moving on, leaving a few stray hounds still lost in the impact area. We don't think he'll be getting an award for his hound control, but maybe his baby-faced replacement will fare better... ๐๐คฃ 7/8
With the light fading, the defeated hunt eventually packed up at 5:30pm and our knackered sabs made our way home.
Thanks for all the support this season! Remember you can still grab some merch or donate to our group here: linktr.ee/readinghuntsabs - 8/8 END

The @mod_dio has rules in place for dog walkers between the 1st Mar and 31st Jul to protect ground nesting birds.
The Royal Artillery Hunt are breaching the MODโs rules,
This also makes a mockery of the BHSAโs claim that hunting somehow protects ground nesting birds. ๐ธ 11/3/23

For two decades, @wiltshirepolice turned their backs to the hunt enabling them to commit prolific wildlife crime. Why? Why would they do that? No foxhunting officers in the Police. Please keep asking them and demanding answers.

Oh woe wonโt someone think of the poor persecuted criminal animal abusers

Please keep signing and sharing. We have been tipped that PC Knight is under investigation by @wiltshirepolice Professional Standards Dept for her conduct in a hunt related allegation she was previously tasked with. Letโs keep the pressure on. change.org/p/protect-wiltshiโฆ
