Do not bank with @firstcitizens they stole $50 from me and will not refund it. Over the weekend, I moved some money into my account to avoid an overdraft, this morning, I get hit with an overdraft charge of $50 anyway. When I called, they told me I needed to talk to the branch I opened the account with. When I called them, they said I would need to come in person, which was not the case last time this happened.
