Claude for Financial Advisors is now available, but it has one big gap, meetings.
Meetings are the core of a financial advisors day, talking with clients and prospects to build the right plan.
This gap is filled with @readai_ Claude Connector.

Big fan of @ReadAI_ had an onboarding meeting with a law firm, this basically took note of everything important. Tool was so good that I just threw it into claude and after a few revisions generated a plan that I'm about to implement.
if you're frequently on meetings I HIGHLY recommend this tool : )

At #WebSummit Qatar, I shared my perspective on the ongoing AI vs. human jobs debate. The @TechCrunch article covering our panel captures part of that discussion.
In summary, here’s how I see it:
1. AI replaces tasks, not entire roles.
2. AI increases productivity — which creates more capacity, more output, and ultimately more work to be done by the same number of people.
The real transformation is not about job elimination. It’s about job redesign.
In customer service, we’re actively automating large parts of the workflow through AI agents — and seeing roles evolve as a result:
• Some human agents evolve into AI supervisors — guiding, monitoring, and approving sensitive actions.
• Others focus on relationship & trust building with customers and prospects, areas where AI will not be able to replace (at least not soon)
AI doesn’t remove humans from the loop. It changes the level at which they operate.
I believe companies that win will not be those asking, “How many people can AI replace?”
They will be the ones asking, “How much more value can each person create with AI?”
This is not a headcount reduction story. It’s a leverage story.
It was a thoughtful discussion with @davidshim , founder of one of my favorite AI tools @ReadAI_ , moderated by Ivan @IndianIdle .

Diagnose your team's meeting reality. Use AI-powered analytics from @ReadAI_ to capture baseline patterns: who speaks most, who gets overshadowed, who enters late, who goes off-camera, where interruptions spike, and when sentiment drops.
Make the invisible visible. Share patterns with your teams—not to single people out, but to normalize conversations about airtime, camera norms, ghost mode, and how to highlight quieter expertise and real contributions.
Redesign meetings like any other high-stakes system. Hold senior voices back strategically, use timeboxed rounds, rotate facilitators, gather ideas in chat, and explicitly invite remote or quieter contributors.
Track improvement like any other operational metric. Monitor changes over time: fewer late starts, more distributed airtime, improved sentiment, fewer dismissive remarks, and reductions in ghost mode.

Guess who woke up to Linkedin ranking them as a Top 10 startup in Seattle? Read AI
The timing is great, as we focus on building out the team with 19 distinct roles that we are hiring against. To put this into context, Read AI didn't have 19 people in the entire company a little over a year ago. What we've been able to build with a small and mighty team, has been nothing short of amazing.
Join the only AI startup in Seattle to make LinkedIn Top 10, and Andreessen Horowitz Top 50 AI Apps.
Read AI is adding more than a million new users a month, and it's only the start of the impact that we will have as the system of record for productivity in the age of AI.

Have you heard about Read AI?
I used it today for the first time in a Google Meet I hosted and I’m obsessed!
Instead of a literal transcript, it summarizes the meeting, neatly organizing topics, ideas, and tasks.
