Hello everyone, today marks the end of an incredible chapter in my life. I am officially parting ways with Paper Rex, the team that has helped me grow as an individual in and outside the game. 5 years ago when i got called up to join PRX i never imagined my life would be like this at all. I've been through so many highs and lows with this team and i would like to thank every single teammate,coach,staff and fan that have followed me along this journey. Thank you all for treating me like your second family and to the fans thank you all for continuously supporting me and the team no matter the situation for half a decade. Im very excited to see whats next up and hope you all can continue supporting me :)

Before I visited Pennsylvania, everyone warned me that Philadelphia people are the toughest, most impatient people in America.
I believed them until I walked toward the front door of a Wawa gas station.
I was still forty feet away in the parking lot, walking between rows of cars.
A massive construction worker in steel-toe boots, carrying a twenty-four-ounce coffee in one hand and a paper-wrapped hoagie in the other, pushed open the glass door to leave. Then he saw me.
He stopped. He planted his boot against the bottom of the door. And he waited.
Forty feet is a very long distance when a grown man is holding a door for you in the wind.
In Japan, to make a stranger wait carries great shame. So I broke into that awkward half-jog every man performs when he wishes to show gratitude without looking like he is fleeing a crime.
"Go ahead, boss," he said as I passed.
Ten minutes later, as I walked out with my own sandwich, I saw an elderly woman locking her car thirty feet away.
I planted my foot against the glass. I held the door.
Another man behind me held the inner door. Within seconds we had formed an impromptu honor guard of grumpy men holding glass doors in complete silence.
Philadelphia may boo Santa Claus.
But inside the three-foot radius of a Wawa doorway, they have the manners of the imperial court.

Passando para esclarecer alguns pontos importantes:
1. Antes de tudo, sei que muitos estão chateados com a minha decisão, e vocês têm todo o direito de se sentir assim. Não quero medir essa dor de vcs mesmo tendo lido muito, muito comentário que queria me afetar diretamente.
2. Queria muito ter vindo falar com vocês antes e dar toda a visibilidade possível sobre tudo, mas por contrato não podia. Acabei de receber esse OK e vim de coração aberto aqui (O vídeo ate ja estava gravado)
3. Sobre a decisão, é algo que como jogador profissional acredito muito nos nomes que vou jogar junto. Minha meta é ser um dos maiores desse jogo e a decisão lógica era seguir para esse time ao invés de manter sem a certeza de quem ficaria. Com esse time espero classificar para o máximo de internacionais e poder ajudar ainda mais minha família que depende de mim.
Pode dar errado, competitivo é e uma aposta. Nosso time no começo era quando estavamos perdendo e ganhamos o mundial
4. Nunca quis dar uma falsa esperança para vocês em live, estava sob contrato entao n podia falar nada. Poderia ter reagido um pouco melhor, peço desculpas se nao fiz, eu nunca tinha passado por isso ainda
Espero que isso clareie um pouco a mente de vocês e quero que saibam que sigo torcendo daqui independente de tudo de ruim que li esses dias

Full rundown of the Jalen Hurts blood clot situation (as of right now):
🏈Oct 4 > Hurts got cleated in the calf in the Rams game
🏈Oct 7-9 > Hurts practiced in full all week & only asked for treatment on his calf after Thursday's practice
🏈Oct 10 > After the flight to England for a game in London, an ultrasound found a superficial blood clot in his calf
-Doctors said he could play
🏈Oct 10-11 > Hurts was in a London hospital until 4am the morning of the game, then stayed awake until kickoff because doctors told him sleeping was a risk with the clot... so he stayed awake for about 36 HOURS
🏈Oct 11 > He started vs the Jaguars in London with 0 sleep & played the whole game
-He didn't come out onto the field until right before kickoff & rode a stationary bike on the sideline between drives, both because of the calf
-He put up 220 yds & a TD in a loss on a 57-yd FG
🏈Oct 14 > A follow-up ultrasound showed the clot had moved, but the Eagles didn't say where
🏈Oct 15 > The Eagles ruled him out vs the Panthers
🏈Oct 17 > The Eagles put him on IR
🏈Oct 18 > Tanner McKee started in his place in a 25-14 loss to the Panthers
-New imaging over the weekend found several blood clots in his lungs
🏈Oct 19 (today) > The Eagles announced Hurts has deep vein thrombosis & blood clots in BOTH LUNGS
-He was ruled out for the season & can't play while on blood thinners (around 3 months)
🏈Oct 19 > Doctors said it's fixable: the clot was "provoked" by the cleat, no long-term effects are expected & he should be able to keep playing (vid in replies)
