Stelter's panel discussed in detail how the Obama Admin was banning the free press from events. We are told that Obama was the most transparent President ever. The truth is pretty much the opposite. Everything was scripted and controlled, including much of the media's reporting on him. Trump has banned a couple new outlets. There's still regularly a large group of reporters in the room with him, yelling questions and taking photos. Obama on the other hand would regularly ban all press by just declaring standard events, meetings, and appearances to be "private." No press allowed. No questions. The White House would then afterwards give the media photos and "tidbits" to publish and report on. And the media went along with it for years. Straight propaganda. Obama banned press photographers and instead the White House would give the media photos to publish. Imagine the media's reaction if Trump did that. Think they would go along with it? 🤣 After years of fawning over Obama and being his lapdog, amazingly some in the media began to object. Strangely, Stelter didn't cry about fascism or accuse Obama of breaking the law. He did though talk about the wonderful dog photos that CNN was allowed to publish.

In December of 2020 many in the MSM were outraged at just the idea of Trump issuing preemptive pardons before he left office. Trump didn't issue preemptive pardons. Joe Biden did. And predictably the MSM did not care when Biden did it.

2013. Jake Tapper has Sunny Hostin on to "fact check" Megyn Kelly's claim that Santa and Jesus were white men. Kelly was refuting a piece by Slate that said that Santa should no longer be considered a white man. Hostin said that Santa and Jesus were both brown men and she even brought a picture of her brown Santa. There is some debate about the tone of Jesus's skin but Hostin was wrong about the origins of Santa. He definitely wasn't based on a brown man. Hostin remains the epitome of arrogance and ignorance.
