Excess applications will be scaled back proportionately. — Nedbank will hold 66% of NCBA, with the remaining 34% held by public shareholders. NCBA will remain listed on the NSE. — Trading in NCBA shares will be suspended after October 21 and is expected to resume on November 3, 2026. — The transfer of shares to Nedbank will be executed through an NSE block trade on November 3, with cash payments and Nedbank share settlements commencing the same day. — NCBA will retain its brand, local leadership, Nairobi headquarters and existing operating model. — NCBA operates in six African markets, serving over 60M customers through 122 branches.
