“RESET” simply means “ What worked in the past will not work in the future.” Thoughtful observations from @theRealKiyosaki.
Could the following be the MOST OBSOLETE ADVICE today? “Go to school, get good grades, so you can get a high paying job!” A few days ago the Wall Street Journal ran an article about a Princeton PhD in Technology, who applied to 230 companies and was rejected 230 times. The reason, most of those companies turned him down was because were laying off highly educated employees and replacing them with AI. My question to you….my valued X- followers is: How many of you have the same antiquated, out of date advice running in your head? And at the same time, I thank you….my open-minded X-followers for allowing me to challenge the way you think…. Trusting you come up with your own answers…. rather than believing everything I say. I’m in the same boat with you, sailing through some of the biggest changes…. Possibly the greatest RESET…in world history. FYI: “RESET” simply means “ What worked in the past will not work in the future.” Just as the car replaced the horse, and Amazon is wiping out shopping malls, AI is already replacing doctors, lawyers, and accountants. So take care, keep an open mind…be aware of antiquated ideas,….be willing to let go and grow….and I will happily toast your greater future!!!!

CAPITALISM is ALL ABOUT SERVICE You know how it works. 💥 When customers enjoy great service, they come back for more. 💥 Repeat customers are the drivers of company growth. On the flip-side, poor service is the pathway to company death. “FIRST: Celebrate Capitalism & Win” is my new book for business leaders who view capitalism as a vehicle for serving others. FIRST examines five pillars of capitalism and entrepreneurship: Focus, Initiative, Relationships, Speed, and Trust. FIRST explores these pillars through the hard-won lessons of the author and other seasoned entrepreneurs. New business leaders will gain wisdom by studying the five pillars. Seasoned business pros, those with scars to prove it, will smile to see their years of experience reflected in this book. FIRST will stimulate reflection, discussion, argument, and serious thought. You might disagree with me about capitalism & business. But you will not be bored. Dive in and enjoy the ride. Now available at Amazon. Buy FIRST on Amazon: amazon.com/FIRST-Celebrate-C…

When @elonmusk, @Tesla, & @SpaceX succeed, we all win. Well said, @ChrisCamillo.
I’ve spent a few days thinking about the Tesla Roadster reveal and landed somewhere I haven’t seen much discussion. I’m neither a Tesla fanboy nor a Tesla hater. And I couldn’t care less whether what we saw technically qualifies as a flying car. Three takeaways: (1) The risk of that live demonstration going horribly wrong was real. Almost no CEO would willingly expose their company to that kind of public humiliation for a product with so little financial upside. Elon did. (2) That willingness to attempt the seemingly impossible is what makes Tesla special. It’s also arguably Elon’s greatest contribution to America. He’s helped bring back something we’ve lost. The American spirit of chasing big scary ideas that most people think are impossible. That mindset is spreading across a new generation of founders and its long term impact on America’s future could dwarf anything Tesla ever sells. I think this is deeply underappreciated. (3) Can we just acknowledge how insanely cool that moment was? We’ve reached a strange place culturally where even extraordinary feats of human ingenuity immediately become arguments about why they don’t count. Not everything needs to be a debate. Sometimes we should just be able to stand back together and marvel at what humans are capable of. I’ve been both bullish and critical of Tesla’s ambitions over the years. But watching Elon and his team push the boundaries of what’s possible reminds me why I’m glad we have him. Whether the Roadster ever makes Tesla a dollar or impacts $TSLA stock price is almost beside the point. We need more people willing to risk failure in pursuit of things the rest of us think are impossible. Because when they succeed we all win.

God has once again confirmed that I am in the right church home here in Arizona. Pastor's encouragement (during this morning's sermon): Ask God how to leverage AI. @fccphoenix

Experts like @neiltyson are great at predicting what will “never” happen.
Neil deGrasse Tyson: “There will never be flying cars.” Elon Musk: “Hold my beer.”

Atoms instead of bits.
The reason people are so excited and impressed by Elon’s flying car, despite its impracticability, is that it’s one of the first times in recent memory of a physical innovation. Not another app, not another software, not another chatbot, a real three dimensional thing that changes how we interact with the physical world. I think this is what the irritation with tech has been for many “luddites” of late, it all seems to be pulling us into a screen. Whereas Elon’s invention seems to be finally doing the opposite. If you’re building things in the real world too, even if it’s paintings, cashmere sweaters, books or sculptures, you’ll appreciate this.

Friends in Illinois: I suggest that you take a serious look at Christian Maxwell, candidate for Congress in CD1. UniteCD1.com
I am honored to announce that I have received the endorsement of the @PapaChicago Polish American Police Association! 🇺🇸 As the wife of a police officer, this endorsement carries a deeply personal meaning for me. I know what it means to have someone you love put on a uniform, walk out the door, and dedicate their day to protecting others. I also understand the sacrifices made by law enforcement families who stand behind those serving our communities. Public safety is not just another issue on my campaign platform. It is personal. My commitment to Illinois’ 1st Congressional District includes supporting law enforcement, strengthening community trust, addressing violent crime, and ensuring that federal public safety investments deliver measurable results. Safer streets are one of the central commitments of my Results First agenda. I am grateful to the Polish American Police Association for recognizing that commitment and extending its endorsement. Thank you for your trust, your service, and your support. Safer Streets. Stronger Communities. Results First. Christian Maxwell Republican Nominee for Congress | IL-01 stopfundingfailure.com

This young man from @hardknocksedu delivers quick & impressive interviews. Check out this one with Pastor @PhilipAMitchell.
He’s a WHAT?? 🤯 I interviewed Pastor @PhilipAMitchell in Atlanta. I asked him how he knew God was real and why he believes in God. I also asked him what his biggest fear is and whether or not money is the root of all evil! Lastly, I asked him the best advice he’d give the younger generation.

Discipline & consistency. Every Friday at 6:55am Phoenix time. AZMM.org rocks! A few topics from this morning's discussion... ✅ You can serve either God or mammon. Make a choice. ✅ Money is a tool. Use money as a tool, not as a point of worship. ✅ With wealth comes stewardship. ✅ Helping people who are not financially able to help themselves. ✅ You cannot pour from an empty cup. Therefore, you are morally obligated to be wealthy. ✅ How to implement AI in underwriting. ✅ Capital expenses + asset management + low-flow toilets. So grateful for this AZMM.org group!

Multiple generations. Same excitement!!!
This is what I mean when I say the Tesla Roadster event was about so much more than the car itself. While I was at the event, my kids were watching from our Vrbo bc they couldn’t come with me. This was their reaction to seeing the Roadster go upside down on a half-pipe, flip, and land. Look at how fired up they are. I loved being there, but seeing their faces light up like this might be my favorite part of the whole night. You can tell your kids to dream big and believe in themselves a thousand times. However, when they actually see something happen that they didn’t think was possible, that’s a whole different experience. As a dad, that’s what gets me… I hope they remember this feeling when they have some wild idea of their own and someone tells them it can’t be done. Who knows what a moment like this could inspire them to build one day? That’s what Tesla does… this is why I always bring them, even though they miss school. Beyond the cars and all the engineering, it gives my kids a reason to be excited about the future and imagine how they could be part of it. I really hope Elon and Tesla let my kids experience one of these events in person someday. Being there was incredible, but I know getting to share that moment with them, right by my side, would mean even more. This was the highlight of the event imo.

When @elonmusk said "The new Tesla Roadster is a candidate for greatest product demo of all time," I was concerned that @Tesla could never live up to the CEO-generated hype. I was wrong. You gotta see this. Demoed with a live audience so nobody can say it's AI.
