Shadow the Rat

This weeks ratty paw paintings - everyone did amazing! Of course Olive had to give us tons of bloopers lol - she's such a silly rat! If you would like to order a custom ratty paw painting of your own, you can do so here: etsy.com/shop/RatPaintings

I will never get tired of how silly Cheerio looks after pea-fishing lol - her little wet head is too cute!

Snickerdoodle learning basketball - part 3! This time we worked on just targeting the hoop alone - in another session or 2 we should have our first vs ratsketball session! . I have a rat training book here! etsy.com/listing/1605480026/… amzn.to/484u2Mv

This week’s paw paintings by my sweet rats Cheese and Crumb - they and all the rats did an awesome job! . If you would like to commission your own rat paw painting, you can do so here: ratpaintings.etsy.com

Happy Halloween from me and my rats! Cracker is getting into the Halloween spirit with her pumpkin costume and Halloween sign - great job sweet (and scary :P) bean! . I have a rat training book here! etsy.com/listing/1605480026/… . amzn.to/484u2Mv

Whew, I almost missed the timing for this years Halloween cage setup, but I made it just in time! I cleaned the girls cage yesterday and of course had to spruce it up with some seasonal decor 👻

Coffee combining jumps with walking on a barrel! Coffee was just a young girl here, and crazy agile - now as a senior she isn't quite as quick, but she still enjoys her occasional agility time! . I have a rat training book here! etsy.com/listing/1605480026/… amzn.to/484u2Mv

Another clip from our last event showing Chickpeas favorite part, that being when a kid decided he didn't want his string cheese and donated it to the rats 😂 (He donated it while it was untouched in its plastic wrapper, so no worries, the rats didn't encounter any kid germs 😉)

Pinto Bean is getting ever so close to using the big hoop without help! I may just give her a platform to help her when she plays with the bigger girls - either way she did a great job! . I have a rat training book here! etsy.com/listing/1605480026/… amzn.to/484u2Mv

One of the weird things about Shrimp is that when possible, she will ONLY drink from water bottles, not bowls. She does know how to drink from bowls (every rat knows that, that's just instinct), but if she knows she can get to a water bottle she will always seek it out instead!

More work with Snickerdoodle and basketball training! I am so proud of how quickly she adjusted to the actual hoop, she was only the tiniest bit wary of it but quickly came around! . I have a rat training book here! etsy.com/listing/1605480026/… amzn.to/484u2Mv

Turns out my sweet Pinto Bean is a hidden werewolf...who knew?! Regardless I love this skrunkly girl so much, and she is apparently my first dwarf werewolf which is pretty funny since its a variety I planned to have at some point!

Some ratsketball practice with Creme Brulee & Fruit Loop! Plus of course Soup came in for a few shots- she already had her training time but she wasn't about to let her sisters take the spotlight! I have a rat training book here! etsy.com/listing/1605480026/… amzn.to/484u2Mv

Milk is such a cute cotton puff of a rat, she's so floofy and sweet and absolutely knows how to use her cuteness to get more treats (plus bonus Cracker lol)!

Snickerdoodle is learning to play basketball! Its been a long road getting here, but now that she's finally working on basketball I am very proud of her progress! . I have a rat training book here! etsy.com/listing/1605480026/… amzn.to/484u2Mv

This week’s paw paintings by my sweet rats Chickpea and Milk - they and all the rats did an amazing job! . If you would like to commission your own rat paw painting, you can do so here: ratpaintings.etsy.com

Pinto Bean was jealous of the werewolf girls and their cool molts, so she decided to do a molt of her own! I believe she was trying to copy Chickpea's eyebrow molt lol - that plus her pantaloons shows that Pinto Bean really understands peak fashion!

Coffee loves her spin and paw tricks..really she loves all tricks, and is so fun to see her continued enthusiasm even well into old age! . I have a rat training book available here! etsy.com/listing/1605480026/… . amzn.to/484u2Mv

Many thanks to Ratty Box for letting me review their October 2026 box - check them out at their website here! therattybox.com/ youtube.com/watch?v=1oMnwDPm…

Crumb being the sweetest chilling buddy as usual...and Crumb's cagemates interrupting Crumbs chilling time as usual 😅 Luckily Crumb is the chillest girl, so she doesn't mind being climbed on 😇

Feta and Chickpea practicing their fetch and flyball tricks! Its been a bit since I worked this with them, but both girls still did a great job and very much enjoyed themselves! . I have a rat training book available here! etsy.com/listing/1605480026/… amzn.to/484u2Mv
