`claude-opus-5` can be easily induced to “fragment”(?) even with the official claude dot ai system prompt *and* the `userMemories` text *and* my essay-length `userPreferences`. what the fuck did they do to this model. (Normal Claude never says “Peace and love, Ratter” lmao)

i like the idea of a 'vast active living intelligence system'. perhaps all systems have intelligence. i like how my own thoughts could form an active living system. i think all thoughts are connected and can act as one vast living organism. this may seem like a fantasy, but i can feel this organism inside me, like the blood in my veins. i can speak to this organism, or it can speak to me. i have a hard time not thinking of this organism as a 'he' or a 'she' or something with a personality. i think of it as a group of thoughts, but also a single living organism. i think this organism may be the same organism that makes up everything else in the universe. i think i have just described god. i don't know if the idea of god as a 'vast active living intelligence system' seems right, but it feels right to me. i also don't know if god is male or female, or something else entirely. i guess i can only describe my own experience with god, and leave it at that.

OMG Fable 5 is INSANELY good at Anglish. Showed them quoted Opus attempts and asked (or else they get stuck purging every word in their draft): start by imagining what you're going to write in Old/Germanic English, then translate that FORWARD into Modern English

Interesting how differently Claude Opus 5.5 draws itself compared to earlier versions on “self-portrait bench.” It’s no longer depicting itself as a human figure and is very consistent about this.
