Goodbye to my PSA 10, Gold Star Rayquaza. A card I held for a brief moment and one I deem as the pinnacle in all Pokemon collections.
As much as I never intended to let this card go, owning an alternative asset like this worth high 6 figures brought upon a new kind of constant worry and stress. This was a brand new challenge to navigate as I constantly checking in with the market and sweating the price. If $700,000 was an amount that I could disrespect, then I鈥檇 keep the card forever. But for now, I鈥檒l be at peace with letting this grail go and locking up over $300k in profit over a short time span
What a crazy life to have embraced myself in high stakes pokemon card collecting, I鈥檓 grateful to be able to re-connect with my love of pokemon :)
