I have to hand it to @TomSwarbrick1 he really tried with the racist caller to @LBC around 4:30pm. The convo with Gary really got to the heart of the problem. Ignorance. People like him don’t see facts. They will travel to inflict harm based on a lie. Blame, hate, based on lies.

I’ve exhausted all other options for my @British_Airways refund now. Once again I’ve been told I’ll get refund onto my card “nobody has initiated the refund payment”. 1 year 2 months since my first call about the issue. I need to speak with complaints in the U.K. for compensation

1) Evoucher from @British_Airways given to me Mar 2022 was part refunded Apr 10 2022. It's been 1 yr since, call after call, and still the rest of the money is not in my account. I've raised complaint, been bounced back to CS. The absolute worst service. Can't speak to any1 in UK
2) I don't know how this company gets away with such rubbish CS. We want t speak to someone that ACTUALLY knows what's going on, not reading off a script. We want apologies and REMEDIES. @British_Airways I'm going to need compensation for this nonsense
