As I celebrate my birthday today, I have decided that for the rest of year, every day I share a song that I like. Music has helped in my lowest moments. Hope it helps others too!

Movies like Hanuman Ansh are one reason superstition and a backward mindset persist in Indian society. The film glorifies so called miracles of Lakshman Narayan Sharma, aka Neem Karoli Baba, that lack reliable historical evidence. The story of him travelling without a ticket, being thrown off a train and then stopping it sounds absurd and is not backed by railway records. It's high time to speak out against such misleading movies that pull society backward, not toward the future. We need change, not traditional garbage.
Indian Movie Made on a ₹2 crore ($0.24M) budget, Hanuman Ansh has reportedly crossed ₹400 crore ($48M) worldwide. 🤯🔥 A whole different level of blockbuster!

NYC banning AI in schools is exactly the kind of thing I want to see. Keep the teachers. Keep the books. Let kids actually learn how to think, write, and solve problems instead of outsourcing everything to AI. Education should make kids smarter, not more dependent.

it's HIGHLY important that we remember that it wasn't the CEOs and billionaires who saved us during COVID-19. It was the janitors, nurses, cleaning crews, grocery and food workers with their hard, often invisible labor.

I stand behind the belief that personal automobiles make people more conservative because you both A) don’t get exposed enough to your fellow citizens and learn to live in a society and B) learn to hate other people because they only act as congestion that slows you down

If you read a lot and educate yourself in humanities and social sciences, you are more likely to turn left, seen as a threat by uneducated people blindly driven by the interests of capitalists, and called "dimagi naxal". This kind of anti-intellectualism remind me of a section of boys in college who called names to anyone who worked hard. Educate yourself and read widely: that's the most patriotic thing to do in the current era.

In a sane world, automation would pave the way for true abundance and even a post-scarcity society, where humanity could truly flourish. But in our world, all it does is create unemployment, widen the wealth gap, and pave the way for a police-state.

I saw a post on Reddit that said that “The underlying purpose of AI is to allow wealth to access skill while removing from the skilled the ability to access wealth.” And I don’t think I’ve ever seen AI described so incisively.

Police DO NOT prevent crime; they respond to it. Crime is prevented by higher wages, guaranteed health care, food security, high-quality child care, housing, good schools, and addiction treatment.

In Finland, charging fees for tuition is illegal, which means rich kids have to mix with normal kids. That means rich families had to make sure the schools their children attended were good, which in turn prompted the wealthy to invest in public education. Finland, take a bow.
