First sprite sheet for my word game's ice tile came back at alpha 251/255 in the middle. Letter gone. Rejected.

Been building a word game with Claude's help. This is its real title screen: each prop on the table is a nod to one of the game's worlds, and plays a little hint when you click it.

PSA for agent coders: they leave stuff behind.
My PC: ~30 GB of agent scratch (one project: 26 GB) + 11 GB of session logs.
Every so often, have your agent:
1. Audit its memory for stale or conflicting notes
2. List temp files and old build artifacts. You pick what goes
Why the memory part matters: my agent's notes still said my OBS plugin's installer only took OBS 32. It had been fixed 4 days earlier. Notes don't update themselves.
To see which project ballooned: WinDirStat on Windows, ncdu on Mac/Linux. Then point that project's agent at it.
OBS 33 is out. Windows plugin users:
- New home: ProgramData\obs-studio\plugins\<name>
- Old Program Files obs-plugins folder still loads, tagged Legacy
- OBS 34 stops loading it
- Safe Mode skips third-party plugins
My Ray-Ban glasses plugin already installs to the new spot
Music for my Halloween Short:
1. Claude wrote the Gemini prompt ("stinger hit around 15 seconds")
2. Gemini made the track (AI music)
3. ffmpeg found the hits: 5.19, 15.54, 17.79 s
4. Shifted it 1.69 s so the big hit lands on the stamp slam

Gotcha from an earlier track: Gemini refused a prompt with "8-bit chiptune" and "boss theme" in it. Leave video-game words out of music prompts
Two home studio setups from over the years:

Muse Spark Code v0.19.0 is mostly fixes (97):
- credential vault starts and unlocks on Windows
- chats resume after restart instead of failing silently
- a wrong API key reads as a rejected key

MIXED Reality News wrote up my Ray-Ban Meta OBS plugin 🙏
New since their article (v0.2.0):
- full 30 fps in OBS
- ~0.4 s glasses to OBS, audio in sync
- separate mic source, 1-second start option
- battery level on screen + obs-websocket

Everything checks out: 19V present, PSU ruled out, 3V/5V good, both batteries ~8V, MOSFETs tested.
Still dead. What would you probe next?
PSA before you power a board you're diagnosing:
1. Pull the battery, let the caps drain
2. Check the main rails for shorts to ground
3. Current-limit the supply when you inject
