Awesome! Thanks for sharing, it's encouraging to see other people's journeys. I was 105kg in Feb and 95 today but still some way to go for a healthy BMI. My target is just eating healthier and regular exercise. Staying sober is also important for me and I'm about 3½ months now.

It's frightening how many people are willing to combine a toxic disinfectant with their veterinary parasite medication - don't they know how dangerous it is to overload the immune system with a combination therapy!
I've finally started reading Get In The Sea, that's been gathering dust on my bedside table for longer than I care to think about.
Decided I wanted to do something about my doom-scrolling dopamine addiction and what better way to start.
Get in!

The most dangerous thing about vaccines is how well they work.
They erased the memory of the diseases.
No one is around to describe an iron lung anymore.

They’ve been dumping shit in the rivers for six years and the punishment is a fine smaller than the CEO’s annual bonus. We get the sewage and the price rises, they get the dividends. It fucking stinks, in more ways than one.
South West Water (SWW) has been fined almost £8m for hundreds of sewage spillages across Devon and Cornwall over a six-year period.

This is a picture of the biggest benefits claimant in the UK.
They claim an eye watering £17,500,000,000 a year.
The same as 4.4m people on benefits.
How?
Because they claim ALL their costs, every wage, every oil rig, every tanker.
Completely nationalised, but the profits are Privatised.

Tesco has 20,000 employees on their basic £13ph
The majority of these claim income support.
That taxpayers money should be deducted from Tesco's annual pretax profit of £2.4 BILLION
We should NOT all be helping Tesco shareholders.
Same for ALL major low pay employers.

This is James Orr.
James is the head of policy for Reform UK. He also works for Cambridge university.
James believes gay marriage is wrong, and believes abortion should be illegal.
James Orr has also been linked to a far right eugenicist movement involving Peter Theil and Nathan Cofnas that claims black people are less intellect than white people.
Safeguarding concerns have been raised about his conduct with students at Cambridge, with regards to unprofessional boundaries (them living with him) and concerns about far right grooming. Cambridge have ignored these concerns.
Pretty alarming stuff.
Thanks for what you share here, and happy birthday 🫡

As Britain swelters through another heatwave, few people will have heard that ministers have quietly dropped plans for solar carports.
Cars cooler in summer. Shelter from the rain in winter. Clean electricity all year round.
A missed opportunity?
