This is equal to ~225-230 CSTs (since CST price is dynamic).
So every time, CST price gets under 225 CSTs, its cheaper to bid with CST instead of ETH.
When CST price is above 225, its better to bid with ETH.
Before making a move, always calculate the $$ cost of your gesture in CSTs and ETH.

I think the answer becomes clearer when you look at what the entry is actually representing.
The Stellar Selection entry isn’t meant to measure how much ETH or CST you spent.
It’s recording participation in the cycle.
That’s why an ETH gesture and a CST gesture can both create one Stellar Selection entry.
Different gesture currencies.
