Voltaire has some excellent lines but the book the bot draws from isn't that big and so the bot has probably repeated everything its going to say. Unlike Voltairine, who definitely has most of her greatest content ahead of her.

Makhno is a bit limited in variety. Nietzsche is vast in his oeuvre, and will probably be the biggest bot eventually, though he can be a bit wordy for Twitter. Wittgenstein is a born tweeter, but (outside the Tractatus tweets) most often spreads his argument out over many lines.

Since this post, I've made Voltairine de Cleyre: @randomcleyre Friedrich Nietzsche: @randomnietzsche Novatore & Stirner are the most fun of them as they write pithy, sweeping sentences all the time. Sartre is the worst as he's completely incomprehensible out of context.
Replying to @Friedegger
4- I've also made various philosophy and anarchist bots that randomly tweet lines from the work of dead thinkers. So far I've done: Wittgenstein @AllWittgenstein Sartre @randomsartre Voltaire @VPDictionary Stirner @RandomStirner Makhno @RandomMakhno Novatore @RandomNovatore

~NEW BOT ALERT~ I put together a Voltairine de Cleyre bot. It will eventually tweet the complete works of Voltairine de Cleyre (in no particular order). xitter.cf/randomcleyre/status/14…
When a child says, “I don’t see why I have to know that; I can’t remember it anyway,” he is voicing a very reasonable protest.

I have now updated the @randomnovatore bot with the poems from Above the Arch (Al Disopra Dell Arco). As far as I'm aware, it now contains all the writings of Renzo Novatore that were translated into English.
