ALL of this is being driven by the liberal globalist rich white men, many living in foreign countries, infiltrating the US on purpose. The "Heartland Visa" was designed by them specifically is to insert Democrat voters into the rural areas of red states to influence the existing Republican voters who live there in addition to drowning out their votes.
