It's all exacerbated by algorithms to keep people in specifically curated realities. Everything about this world feels faker by the day once you truly understand that. Truth be told, there is no truth. What is the truth but another man or woman's lies?

there’s a kind of ideology emerging out of late gen z/early gen alpha that i can only describe as “oppositionalism.” its a lot of anger at any alternative lifestyle, the opposite sex, other races and other nationalities, and just the general nebulous “other.” very anti-outgroup

I really wish people actually took a sec to look at the history of all the shit that happened in TF2 rather than brush it off as "durr old game" Cause if they did, you'd be absolutely baffled at how many things that could have gone better that simply just didn't.

the average Mega Man 3 experience is complaining about how bullshit the Doc Robots are and then having 9 lives and 9 e-tanks at the end anyways

I don't want to add too much to the dogpile but the thing that bugs me (no pun intended) the most is adding Kraig from RoA. Like if I wanted to play a Rivals of Aether character in a platform fighter do you know what I'd do? I'd just play Rivals of Aether
