$CAPR pitch: “We aced the exam.” FDA’s response: “Actually… you changed some of the answers after the test ended.” Issue isn’t just an FDA rejection story....it's about how the company said it got the passing grade.

I'm a Board Certified anesthesiologist and have been in practice for 24 years. I just learned that the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia where I trained has launched a program to increase flu vaccine uptake among children by vaccinating them while under anesthesia. The program is called "Close your Eyes. We'll Immunize" This is stunningly irresponsible. Here's why: Anesthetists are extremely risk avoidant and endeavor to minimize patient exposure to anything which carries potential side effects. This is particularly true of pediatric patients who very often have never been exposed to anesthetic medications. We simply cannot know how an individual child will respond to these drugs for the first time. Every single medication we administer during an operation can potentially trigger untoward or allergic responses. When this occurs our primary responsibility is to stabilize the patient. Our secondary responsibility is to identify the offending agent. There is absolutely no justification of introducing another agent, in this case a flu vaccine, which carries a risk of harm and contributes nothing to the success of the operation. Some of the more common side effects of flu vaccines are fever (11-16%) and less commonly, a rash (1%). There is also an non-zero risk of severe allergic reactions and high-grade fevers which can develop over the course of minutes. What if a child under anesthesia receives a vaccine and develops a rash and/or fever? Is it from the antibiotic that the surgeon requested? Is it from the narcotic? The anxiolytic? The barbiturate? Anesthetic gases can also (rarely) trigger a life threatening response called Malignant Hyperthermia which commonly presents as a high fever. Without subsequent testing we cannot know which agent was responsible. Most commonly the testing is never done and the child’s record will forever reflect the possibility that some or all of the drugs which were used are responsible for their reaction. This makes future anesthetic care significantly more challenging and will require the use of alternatives which may not be necessary. Advocating for a flu vaccine while a child is anesthetized reflects the pervasive yet inaccurate attitude among the medical establishment that vaccines are perfectly safe. I simply cannot believe that my mentors would have ever supported this initiative when I was a resident there. Close your eyes indeed.

$TPB Is he saying that TPB owes them money and started ghosting them when time to pay?
Possibly a bad look for $TPB.

A massive "megapod" of approximately 5,000 common dolphins was captured on video performing a rare "stampede" off the coast of Southern California, spreading over a mile in length near San Clemente and Dana Point. While not always fully understood, these stampedes are often triggered by the need to chase bait fish, avoid predators, or for social interaction. The footage, captured by marine experts, showcases the dolphins' incredible coordination and speed as they move in unison.😎

When @grok was asked about the cancer risks of vaccine adjuvants that carry residual DNA into cells (which all of them do) it said it can't answer because it involves restricted subject matter. Remember that next time you ask your doctor about adjuvants.

Correct, no peer-reviewed paper has sequenced DNA from actual Moderna (mRNA-1273) vaccinated humans, checked for vaccine sequence insertions, and concluded zero genomic change. Conclusions of no integration rest on biology (mRNA stays cytoplasmic, no RT, nuclear barriers), cell models showing none for transfected mRNA, clearance data, and no genotoxicity signals after billions of doses—not direct human insertion scans.

Ten million people have watched a Stanford lecturer accidentally destroy the entire self-help industry. He filmed the lecture once as his Last Lecture to Stanford's Class of 2026. Life coaches charge $500 an hour to teach a diluted version of what he covered in 33 minutes for free. His name is Graham Weaver. He is a lecturer at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and the founder of Alpine Investors, a private equity firm managing $16 billion of institutional capital. Every year at Stanford GSB, he gives graduating students a lecture called "How to Win Without Crushing Your Soul." His entire framework fits on a napkin. Achievement does not fix self-hatred. External wins taste like salt water. Fire the inner coach who uses fear as motivation. What you avoid grows. Pull the nails out of your head. Trust the second voice, the one that speaks through energy, not panic. That last rule alone has probably cost the hustle culture industry a hundred million dollars. "The good old days are happening right now, unless you skip them." That is the closing line of the lecture. Weaver spent thirty years running past his to figure it out. Founders raise $100 million and cry in their car the day the round closes because the number was supposed to fix them and did not. Engineers earn their first six-figure promotion and lose sleep the same night because the person the raise was supposed to save is still there. The lecture is free on Stanford GSB's YouTube channel. Weaver's writing is free on his newsletter. Weaver still lectures at Stanford. Almost none of the ten million viewers have actually fired their inner coach. The framework is free. The willingness to actually trust the second voice before your next promotion, exit, or investor meeting is the entire edge.
