𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗜𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿 Defending champions Northern Ireland have come back from 5-2 down to survive a deciding leg against Belgium. Daryl Gurney and Josh Rock averaged 94 together to move into the quarter-final where they'll face Latvia. Can they do the double?

Daryl Gurney believes Belgium 'HAVEN'T REALLY GELLED' after narrow deciding leg victory "We spoke to Dimi [Van den Bergh last night], first person we spoke to. "I felt like in all honestly they haven't really gelled as a team as well as they can because they're good friends. "Out in the back room we were a wee bit complacent. Not like we were going to win but couldn't wait to get on stage and play, and feel the pressure. "When we were 5-2 down at the break Josh said to me, 'now we're going to start playing darts' and that's what we started doing." #Darts

Josh Rock speaks before Northern Ireland kick off their World Cup defence against Belgium today "If you've a very close partnership that really really helps a lot. It probably takes the pressure off each individual. "Me and Daryl [Gurney] do a lot behind the scenes together so that does help a lot. "No one knows what's going to happen in darts for anybody but if me and Daryl click again hopefully it'll be the same outcome." #Darts
