Unable to access my online @firstdirect bank account for over a week. I've been forced to have a security key, which I didn't want, when it stopped working last Wednesday it took 20 minutes to get through on the phone. Still waiting for the replacement. What am I supposed to do?

The affair is almost insignificant. These, however … 😡
1. Lack of integrity in public office
2. Corruption & cronyism in public office
3. Contempt for Nolan Principles
4. Distraction from Covid crisis
5. Breaking Covid rules & law
6. Misusing government premises

Do as i say not as I do. Occured when millions of single people were not even hugging partners in different households to protect others; and when plenty in loveless marriages were practising abstention. Its not a private matter in these circumstances. Worse than Cummings.

Matt Hancock will argue his affair is private, but it took place at his work, during the biggest crisis in decades, at a time hugging was publicly not allowed, with someone he brought to government in questioned circumstances. The public interest seems quite clear-cut here.

Health Secretary Matt Hancock, taking off his mask so he can embrace his mistress. No doubt the government will say he’s exempt, citing the ‘national interest’. Or perhaps his affair is a ‘pilot event’?

This is #matthanock this morning telling his wife he really did eat out to help out.
Don't forget Neil Ferguson was caught with his pants down with his mistress last year. Clearly the virus knows it mustn't infect cabinet ministers and advisors! #matthanock

Furious that I've been trying to update my @tesco order without success. Just keep getting a blank screen. No way to contact them by e-mail and phone line shuts at 11pm, 45 minutes earlier than on-line order deadline.
Credit where it's due. As soon as phone lines opened this morning I rang and a very nice lady sorted the problem to my satisfaction. Thank you @Tesco

Offered a 0% interest balance transfer by #johnlewisfinancialservices
for which I paid a 2.7% fee. Noticed that I've been charged interest. No help from Customer "lack of" Services.
I'll be writing to the @financialombuds
@jlandpcustserv @jlandpartners @jlpartnership
Won't be buying from @Boilerjuice again. Delivery appears to be 150-200 litres short. Can't get through on the phone and they won't answer their e-mails.

Come back @piersmorgan @GMB needs you. The new producer is a nightmare. Had to turn to BBC Breakfast again!
Quite right, we need you back @piersmorgan
#GMB Absolutely right Ian Dale walking out on those 2 ignorant reviewers, as usual with these lefties bringing politics into the argument. If Piers had been there, he'd have shut the two of them up instantly & let Ian Dale speak
