We want to make sure the Commission has evidence-based for policy making. The MTO report will be used as a baseline for the impact assessment of the current CAP.
The MTO report has evolved, enriched the models to integrate other key considerations such as environmental aspects.

How should we improve targeting direct support in the #FutureofCAP? Who are the farmers in need? Should we move away from current 'non-degressive area-based payments'? Discussion is not simple and impacts need to be well assessed. Rich discussion at the #EUAgriFoodDays @EUAgri
