This is becoming table stakes, i did mine with gbrain, they have 2 “brain structures”, one for personal, one for company. I used the company one i have an mcp of my brain connected to all my agents, any time it needs to teach the brain something new, it just dumps context on the inbox folder. that inbox folder is then handled by a “triage and ingest agent” that basically puts whatever is in inbox into the right folders, this gives power to it and not to any random agent to decide what goes where in the brain. i can post the github repo i have for that gbrain server i made if people are interested
This is 100% the move. A centralized, up to date knowledge base that all your agents can access so you're never locked in to one platform. Here's how we built ours: 1. The whole thing is 2 private Github repos of plain markdown files. One company brain, one personal. 2. We numbered each folder by function. Company has brand, customers, products, sales, ops, finance. Personal has health, investments, family. 3. One AGENTS. md file that every agent reads first. 4. At the end of each day our agents run a "knowledge base audit" skill that compares the day's work to both brains and suggests edits. What I love about this system is that it allows us to test all the new agent platforms without starting from scratch. Zero agent lock-in.

Sick 1hr in 20 seconds and better than a model 10x its size
Introducing Phonon-2: a new standard in speech recognition per byte. At just a tiny 164MB download, it is more accurate on average than OpenAI's Whisper large ( a model 10X its size) Transcribe an hour of audio in just 20 seconds on a MacBook Air! Open weights, CC-BY-4.0, today. @fermion_ai

Mantle is officially shutting down on September 30. So we built an alternative and we’re giving it away for free. Open source. Self-hosted. 100% FREE. You can deploy it yourself, modify it however you want, and build anything on top of it. Today we can already track: 📈 Revenue analytics (MRR, growth, free trials) 📉 Churn 💰 LTV 🌍 Traffic sources 🎟️ Discount management 👥 Team Management 🔁 Retention 💳 Billing Management Merchant activity…and more!!! We built this for the @ShopifyDevs community because a lot of teams still depend on Mantle for billing and analytics, and September 30 is basically the deadline. Huge shoutout to @itskachar and @chanaa_ayman from @TheRapidApps team for shipping this so fast 🫡 This is our small contribution to the Shopify ecosystem. GitHub : github.com/The-Rapid-Apps/Ra… If you’re a Shopify app developer, feel free to fork it, improve it, break it, rebuild it. It’s yours.

Jev didn’t invent anything new. Same story as LLMs in 2022. AI already existed. They made it usable at scale. Jev does that for decisions: classify, route, score. No prose. Not magic. An interface. On a narrow job, a tiny tuned model still wins. Josh: 99.7% vs hosted Jev at 83.6% on their form-filling eval. GLiNER 2.5 tuned in ~50 min. Mary: local context compaction with open weights. The question isn’t “Jev or ChatGPT.” It’s: does this ticket need a paragraph… or a checkbox?

We’re no longer in an intelligence arms race, models are now relatively smart enough, time to make them faster

the open source wave i feel is the only viable option
We just killed Monid ourselves. Monid is now open source. The OpenRouter for agent tools. Your agents can now: > discover, run, and pay for tools at runtime > one connection to 2,000 APIs: SEO, leads, social media, search, ecommerce, stocks, video/image/music/3D gen, private company data > pay per call, no subscriptions Fork it, self-host it, or plug in as a provider. We spent weeks killing everyone else. Only fair we kill ourselves too.

I really like how codex app and codex cli are connected, so any session you start in codex cli, is automatically found inside the codex app, super cool! I also really like archiving the chats, super satisfying !

As a SaaS builder, i wonder how you can even onboard users into this when starting new. do you even give them a website or interface or maybe find a way to just have them connect the mcp and everything is done through their agent (account creation, payment, onboarding, etc) but then in that case, it changes everything we’ve been thought when optimising your metrics. a whole new era
The fact that SaaS co's are giving us agents instead of MCPs shows just how self-centered / narcissistic they are. I never wanted to "live in your product." Your product was the best way to get something done. If the best way to get it done is now headless, please let me do that.

Here's what I'm doing to find new ideas - scroll twitter and use my brain - put them in an excel sheet - columns: · new ideas: · ai: shortlist · ai: no · Planning on Building · no · building · succeeded · failed - Use ahrefs, appstorepulse, and other relevant tools connected to my AI mcp to help validate the ideas and grade them - Grade them over this criteria (score of a 100): · Distribution 30 · Demand 15 · Feasability 20 · Pricing power 25 And then sit down and pick which one I'm going to build next

Question for builders: what’s your “volume metric” right now? Calls per day? Demos per week? Posts per week? Offers made? Trying to get more deliberate about this

I’m working on turning this into a system: Daily actions, tracked like a scoreboard Not because it’s glamorous Because it’s measurable
222
If you feel stuck, you might not need more information You might need higher volume: more outreach more pitches more follow-ups more reps

The guy just made an open source mantle and it only has 3 stars. You can really find some gems on github
Mantle dies Friday. This is our replacement dashboard for @promopartypro - its open source on github if anyone wants a head start

New rule I’m trying: 4 hours/day of marketing time-boxed, every day Not perfect strategy. Just consistent execution

Marketing is the part I most want to avoid, which is probably why it matters Time-boxed promotion every day No mood required
