One thing I learned from working with clients is that building a website is one thing, but maintaining it is a whole different story.
I once worked with an online course client who was using an LMS, and managing the website content through its CMS was quite a headache.
Even small changes could be frustrating, especially when the client just wanted to update their content without dealing with all the technical stuff.
So we moved the website to @Framer, where managing and updating the site became much easier.
And that’s something I think a lot of freelancers and agencies can relate to.
Sometimes the problem isn’t how the website was built, but how easy it is for the client to manage it afterward.
That’s why I think Framer makes sense for clients who want more control over their websites without touching code or any technical stuff.
And now Framer just launched Switch, a new program to help freelancers and agencies move client websites to Framer.
You get 50,000 Agent credits for every client site you plan to migrate, plus 50% of Framer’s revenue from your client’s first year of subscription once you hand it over.
If you’ve been thinking about moving a client’s website to Framer, this is worth checking out!

If you need to record a bunch of screens, just ask Opus 5.5 to do it for you
Here's the prompt:
Record a smooth hover demo video of [PAGE URL / FILE].
Frame
- 1440×900, the component centred. Use a contrasting background if it blends in.
- No visible cursor, clicks or browser UI. Use real hover events, original animation speed.
When to zoom
- Measure the area that changes on hover (e.g. the menu items).
- If it's at least half the frame wide and a quarter tall, don't zoom.
- Otherwise zoom so it fills about 70% of the width, max 2.4×. Skip zooms under 1.4×.
- Never zoom past an image's real resolution.
Camera (Screen Studio-smooth)
- Animate zoom and pan together with a critically damped spring (no bounce), about 1 s to settle, zooming in log scale.
- Start at rest, glide in, follow each hovered item (about 1.2 s each), glide back out.
- End on exactly the first frame so it loops seamlessly.
- No more than 8% zoom change per frame.
Output
- MP4 (H.264), 30 fps, 5–8 s, no audio, under 2 MB, full resolution.
- If it's too big, lower the bitrate only; never shrink, crop or speed it up.

After 2 months of using GPT Astra for coding, I finally tried Opus 5.5 because of all the hype.
And now I get why people love it.
The biggest difference I've noticed is how they approach tasks.
GPT Astra tends to overthink and spend more time planning, while Opus 5.5 gets straight to work and implements changes much faster.
But I still think both are great for different things.
Here's my current workflow:
Opus 5.5 → Creates the initial plan, writes code, and implements features.
GPT Astra → Challenging plans and finding blind spots (the overthinking actually helps here)
GPT Sol 6.1 → Code reviews and catching bugs
Opus 5.5 is now my go to for coding, but Astra is still valuable for second opinions.
I've also been using the Claude Max plan 5x and barely hit any limits, even with intensive coding sessions.
We’re sending out beta testing invitations to our Lifetime Access customers in just a few minutes so they can try Velox Themes 2.0!

7. Publish

Before building Velox Themes full time, I was freelancing and building websites for clients.
Being a Framer Expert helped me stand out.
There were already a lot of Framer designers out there, but having that Expert badge gave clients another reason to trust me and my work.
I ended up building 10+ client websites and even earned the $10K badge on Contra during my freelance career. Eventually, I went full time building Velox Themes.
Now @Framer is refreshing the Experts program, and there are a few changes I really like. It’s easier to get started, and there’s now a clear path from Expert → Pro Expert.
Once you earn $500 in commissions from client project handoffs, you automatically become a Pro Expert. You’ll also get free editor access on client projects and use 50% fewer Framer Agent credits.
So if you’re already freelancing and building websites with Framer, I honestly see no downside in applying.
It’s free, you can get discovered by potential clients, and as you do more client work, you can unlock more benefits.
