CEOs, Take these threats seriously. Past $10M in revenue, you are no longer hunting. You are being hunted. Protect your family, team, and company. Today an attacker only needs 20 seconds of your podcast audio to clone your voice and call your CFO for a wire. Every security control that relied on "I'd recognize his voice" is dead. At my previous company ($84M), we learned the hard way what single points of failure look like: - 90% of our revenue ran through 1 Stripe account when a 30-day termination notice landed - Our 1M-person email list went dark overnight - Our website was built on depreciated code that needed to be rebuilt fast - Austin went through a snowpocapyse where 50%+ of our team was affected (we had to send out rescue teams to deliver clean water because pipes were frozen) Every 6 months, I make the CEOs I coach run a Black Swan Committee with one question: "If I gave $5M to our worst enemy, how would they take us out?" Then we lock down the protections in Notion: Identity & Access 3 YubiKeys for the CEO (carry, home safe, off-site). Zero SMS 2FA on money, email, or domains. 2 owners on every root account. AI Fraud Defense Spoken code words for the exec team and family. Dual bank approval over $50K. No wires after 3pm Friday. Quarterly deepfake drills on finance, engineering, execs. Financial Barbell 6 months opex across 2 banks. No payment processor over 60% of volume. $1M+ liquid outside the business (90% boring cash, Treasuries, and physical gold/silver across 3 locations). Continuity & Bus File 3-2-1-1 immutable backups tested quarterly. Email list exported to cold storage monthly. 72-hour incapacity clause naming an interim CEO. 30 Days of Not Needing Anyone Water, food, solar/battery, Starlink Mini, go-binder, and small bills at home so your head stays clear in a crisis. Make sure your execs are protected too. Growth is the Operator's job. Protection is the Architect's.

If you measure your worth as a husband by your wife's happiness, you will lose every time. The goalposts will always move because a brain wired to scan for problems will always find one. Stop taking her baseline discontent as a personal failure. #MarriageAdvice #Mindset

Dishwasher Manufacturers: If you rinse off your dishes in the sink before loading them into the dishwasher, they come out less clean! This always gets me in trouble. I of course don’t rinse first, because it is a Dishwasher. Right? Rinsing plates before loading the dishwasher feels diligent. Appliance makers say it is the very reason your dishes come out dirty. Engineers at brands like Bosch and Whirlpool, alongside detergent makers like Cascade, have spent years advising consumers to stop pre-rinsing. Contemporary dishwashers rely on internal turbidity sensors—optical eyes that gauge water clarity during the early wash cycle. When pre-rinsed plates yield clean water, the machine misinterprets the load as lightly soiled, shortening cycle time and reducing water temperature. Furthermore, the enzymes in modern powdered and gel detergents require food starches and proteins to latch onto; without debris to activate them, the surfactants simply wash down the drain, occasionally leaving alkaline film etched into glassware. Oh there is more… Cookware care harbors equally stubborn folklore. For decades, home cooks warned that a single drop of liquid soap would ruin a cast-iron skillet's seasoning. Lodge, which has made cast-iron cookware in Tennessee since 1896, explicitly debunks this in its care manuals. The prohibition dates to the nineteenth century, when soaps were formulated with harsh lye (sodium hydroxide), a caustic alkali capable of stripping cured oil. Modern dish detergents contain mild surfactants that lift loose grease without breaking the polymerized oil cross-linked to the iron matrix. A gentle wash with liquid soap leaves true seasoning intact. A similar misconception surrounds kitchen waste disposers. Generations of homeowners were told that tossing eggshells or ice down the drain sharpens the disposal blades. InSinkErator, the inventor and largest maker of food waste disposers, notes that residential disposers do not contain blades at all. The central chamber houses blunt swiveling lugs on a spinning turntable. These lugs do not slice; centrifugal force hurls food against a stationary outer ring of shredder teeth to pulverize it into a slurry. Eggshells cannot sharpen a blunt lug, and their fibrous membrane often snags in plumbing traps. Even oven maintenance suffers from well-intended habits. Appliance makers including GE and Frigidaire warn against lining the floor of an electric or gas oven with aluminum foil. Modern ovens hide the heating element beneath an enamel floor. Foil traps and reflects radiant heat directly against the base, reaching temperatures high enough to melt the aluminum or permanently fuse it to the porcelain finish.

"I never initiate. And my husband is attractive. Is it just me?" No...It's you and every other woman who has everything you asked for. You feel "bad" because fundamentally you understand he wants you to want him and yet you still put your need to "relax" via TV before him.

Sat next to a divorce lawyer on a flight out of Phoenix who only represents wives divorcing guys worth $10M+ Asked him what shocks the wives most when his forensic accountants subpoena the husband's bank accounts He laughed and said "none of these guys spend their own money. Their LLCs owe Chase and Amex $300,000 at 0% while their personal cash sits untouched" Everyone assumes a guy making $1M a year pays for his life and his business out of his checking account When forensic accountants pull the discovery packet on a high-net-worth business owner, they see the exact same two-file setup almost every time: File 1 is his personal Social Security Number. On paper he looks like a monk. A 760 credit score. Two personal credit cards with a $400 balance. Under 3% utilization. Zero personal unsecured debt File 2 is his EIN (his holding LLC and operating company). That file carries $200,000 to $350,000 across six business credit cards at 0% APR for 12 to 18 months Every dollar of business overhead, ad spend, software, equipment, flights, client dinners, and contractor invoices goes on the 0% business cards. Meanwhile the actual cash his company generates gets swept straight into Treasury bills paying 5%, index funds, or real estate down payments He gets three things at the exact same time: - His cash earns yield for 12 to 18 months before he ever pays the bill - Every $250,000 he runs through Amex and Chase prints 500,000 to 1,000,000 tax-free points that pay for every first-class flight and hotel he takes - His personal credit report looks pristine because those six business cards only report to Dun & Bradstreet and corporate bureaus Now look at what a normal guy making $120,000 with a 730 credit score does He puts a $14,000 business expense or renovation on his personal Chase Sapphire card. Chase reports that $14,000 balance to Experian on the 20th of the month. His personal credit score drops 55 points overnight. When he goes to apply for another card or a mortgage, the bank treats him like a default risk Same credit score at the start. Same banks. One guy put the balance on his SSN and got punished. The other guy put $250,000 on his EIN and got paid to borrow it You don't need $10 million to set up the second file. You need a clean LLC, a 700+ personal credit score to guarantee the application, and the right bank sequence (Amex soft pulls, Chase Ink under 5/24, US Bank 18-month 0% lines) so five banks approve you in the same window before the inquiries catch up If you have a 700+ credit score and want my team to unlock 150 K-250K in 0% business credit under your LLC, book a call using the link in my bio

Long before Bryan Cranston became famous for his intense portrayal of Walter White in Breaking Bad, he was making audiences laugh as Tim Whatley, the quirky and slightly smug dentist on Seinfeld. During the filming of one scene, Cranston managed to do something unexpected with nothing more than a perfectly timed glance at Jerry Seinfeld. His deadpan expression was enough to make Jerry completely lose his composure and burst into laughter, breaking character in the middle of the take. What made the moment so entertaining was how little Cranston had to do. There was no elaborate joke or exaggerated performance, just a single look delivered with flawless comedic timing. It was a perfect example of Cranston’s natural talent for comedy and his ability to make even the smallest gestures unforgettable. Years before captivating audiences as one of television’s most intense dramatic characters, he was already proving that sometimes the funniest moments require no words at all.

Huge News regarding Retatrutide‼️ “FDA has now ruled AGAIN that retatrutide is a drug, not a biologic, saying its 39 alpha amino acids do not meet the threshold for a protein or an ‘analogous product.’” Eli Lilly is trying to make Retatrutide the exception to the rule. Retatrutide is 39 amino acids, where 40 amino acids qualifies for the drug to be considered a biologic. 39 is not 40. Eli Lilly tried to get cute and add 2 small side chains to try to get it over the 40 amino acid threshold but it’s not working. This decision will have MASSIVE implications as it pertains to price, (compounding) availability as well as patent length. The fight continues…
🚨 BREAKING: Three new filings just sharpened the retatrutide fight. FDA has now ruled AGAIN that retatrutide is a drug, not a biologic, saying its 39 alpha amino acids do not meet the threshold for a protein or an “analogous product.” DOJ is telling the 7th Circuit: don’t hear Lilly’s appeal yet. Let Lilly challenge FDA’s new decision first. Lilly is arguing the opposite: the appeal should move forward NOW, and FDA’s new ruling actually strengthens its case for appellate review. IMPORTANT NOTE: the 7th Circuit has NOT ruled yet. CURRENT SITUATION: FDA - retatrutide is NOT a biologic (for the second time) DOJ - dismiss or delay Lilly’s appeal $LLY - hear the appeal now 7th Circuit - decision pending This fight gas massive implications and is far from over.
