When RDG offer cheaper fares, eg the Rail Sale, they agree they are generative. Cheaper splits fares aren't they claim...The £0.9bn revenue shortfall in our opinion is down to declines in the seasons and biz travel markets, the strikes and the HUGE number of train cancellations.

@stellacreasy Care Workers have to pay for parking or the responsibility falls on those they support, many of who are on fixed incomes. Some care companies are now refusing care for those who do not pay for parking. Parking for care workers should be free.
