I actually think it is beyond scummy to email/notify T2+ subscribers and tell them they can cancel their sub because I have to disable a feature that I didn't even want on my channel in the first place.
Major upgrade – your T2+ subs can now send GIFs in Chat! Get psyched and let your community know they’ve got a whole new way to blow up Chat.
You can turn off the feature any time you like in your subscription settings. Just note that once it’s disabled, all T2+ subscribers will receive a notification that the benefit is turned off.
To upgrade your subscription tier on Twitch, go to the streamer's channel page or your subscriptions dashboard on a web browser, click Manage My Sub or your subscription settings, and select a higher tier (Tier 2 or Tier 3). Upgrades are charged immediately.

Don't bother subbing to your favourite streamer, Twitch pays them peanuts anyway. Instead, donate your money to them via ko-fi, Buy Me A Coffee, PayPal etc. Or if they're an artist, go to their media platform and commission some OC from them!
There are plenty of ways to support your favs - you only need to interact with Twitch to watch a stream.

YT has (unfortunately) been doing this same thing for over a year and you must turn off MULTIPLE settings in YT Studio to avoid it!
➡️Under Advanced Channel Settings, make sure to turn off AI Training, AI Dubbing, + AI Enhancements!

cause others have tried, i remember Gilmesh (which shut down due to costs) and Altair (which never even finished launch) and vStream (terrible vtuber only streaming site) and many more that failed.

I am a twitch ambassador but absolutely do not support any gen ai tools they are implementing and have been trying my best in any channels i’m able to voice this
Unfortunately the gen ai toggle has been implemented and it is automatically toggled on- please go toggle it off ASAP
