UAE-based XSquare Closes Pre-Seed Round
Investors:

- XSquare is developing a B2B payment platform specializing in payment settlement by integrating various payment options into a unified system.
- In collaboration with Mastercard, it enables paying supplier and vendor dues using card-backed financing, settling them directly into bank accounts.
- The company will use the funding to expand its banking partnerships, grow its team, and launch operations in Saudi Arabia, building on its current presence in the UAE and Qatar.

Signit (@signitapp), a #Saudi Arabia-based digital signature startup, has raised US$15 million in Series A funding to build an #AI-powered contract management platform and expand across the Kingdom.
The round was led by Saudi venture capital firm RAED Ventures (@RaedVC), with participation from the following Saudi-based investors: STV (@STVcapital), Seedra Ventures (@seedra), Takamol Ventures (@TakamolVentures), and Suhail Ventures (@SuhailVentures).
The funding will support its next growth phase as it expands beyond e-signatures into AI-powered contract lifecycle management, including tools for drafting, negotiation, tracking, and compliance. The company is also planning to develop an AI contract assistant and strengthen its digital signature infrastructure.
"The US$15 million Series A will be used to scale Signit into an AI-native contract management platform while strengthening its role in digital trust across Saudi Arabia. A key focus is building an intelligent contract assistant powered by coordinated AI agents that can read, understand, and act across agreements end to end," Mohamed El Abbouri, CEO and co-founder of Signit, said.
