I once got a premier league game postponed just so I could spend £200m on new players for when we could play again

GOAL!!
Crosland at the second attempt after a great through ball by Sayers gives the Main hope:
Hexham 3 (Max Gradwell 2, George Brady 7 & 22)
Percy Main 1 (Owen Crosland 36)
Is this the team that pundits and West Ham fans have been saying are going to break all championship records this season! Be lucky to fin top 2
We’ll support you ever more. Unless you have a couple of below par friendly performance, then we are going to slate you online. Fuck me man season hasn’t even started #NUFC
A lot of “experts” declaring Arsenal as already winning this seasons premier league. Do they not recall the exact same things being said about Liverpool last summer? Very different optics 12 months on!
Weeks of talks with intermediaries only got an offer to come in well short! And all the ITKs been claiming it’s done and medical booked
Not a fucking clue any of them
NEW 🚨 Newcastle reject Arsenal’s first official bid for Bruno Guimaraes
#AFC offer "significantly short" of #NUFC's £80m asking price

‘My inofrmation’ his information also told him E Anderson would be sold for significantly less than 100m and that Man City had a buy back on Morgan Rogers
🚨🗣@JacobsBen on Lewis Hall:
"If Newcastle are going to let Lewis Hall leave, a few things need to happen first.
"Some believe Eddie Howe's departure means they'll back Matthias Jaissle heavily, but my information is that we'll see more departures from St James' Park before the window closes."

Surely if the 1.6b has been amortisised over the length of time they have had it then they are now making a profit! Be around 500m to spend on a replacement
Bought Argos for £1.6bn in 2016 and now selling for £120M in 2026 oh my.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The £1.6bn was for Home Retail Group (of which Argos was a part of).

Twitter fans been crying out for new keepers all season, we now buy one and linked with another and once again there’s moans and groans about it! Is any fucker ever happy
If any other defender had come on and pinged 3 60 yard inch perfect balls like Dan Burn just has they would be getting raved about. People need to accept he’s a very good centre back
If every player we have had the attitude of Dan Burn we would be CL every season. Fucking love the bloke. Is he the best player in the world, no but he gives every last bit for the badge. The shit he gets from the so called fans on here is pathetic
How the fuck is anyone blaming nick pope for that goal today! It’s a great strike, he’s on his 6 yard like where he should be, just accept it’s a great goal. Pope was excellent today and made a few very good saves

Our U19s made it a clean sweep over South Shields this morning with a 3-1 victory 💪
⚽️ Lucas Taylor
⚽️ Owen Crosland
⚽️ Ryan Ndiweni
That result means both our U17s and U19s have now completed the home and away double over South Shields this season 👏
Strong work from the lads 💚
#HowayBlyth
Anthony Taylor is a joke of a ref. If this was Brighton v West Ham then the centre half is sent off, why are laws seemingly diff when it’s a “big” game
Never good when you’re over the fresh hold
Replying to @LwWilsa71
We are over the fresh hold by 3% on those sheets but been told it’s worse then those figures.
We need a @slbsn show to explain it 🙌

Monday nights under the lights.🔵⭐⚽
Our U18s started their run of Monday night league games at the KD Stadium earlier this week, when they welcomed South Shields FC in front of a great crowd and with the young ultras in fine voice.💙⭐
The game started with Blue Star playing on the front foot and pressing with intensity, after an early scare which saw Lucas Lowthian recover well to make a good save. ❌
The lads continued to attack and press from the front, resulting in 2 quick fire goals on around the 15 minute mark. ⚡️
Blue Star continued to press and attack with intensity, with a further 2 goals being added before half time. 🔋
The second half lacked the same intensity, with Shields keeping possession well, but with Blue Star still creating chances.
Blue Star introduced U16 goalkeeper Sam Robson for his U18 debut after 60 minutes, joining his U16 team mate Will Hodgkinson on the pitch. 👏
Shields showed great attitude throughout, but could not prevent Blue Star adding a further 2 goals. The game finishing 6-0. ⚽
Goals coming from:
Jay Richardson ⚽⚽⚽
Owen Crosland⚽
Alfie Coulthard ⚽
Danny Lopez⚽
Best wishes for the remainder of the season to our guests from Monday. 🤝
Thanks to all those that came down to watch, and thanks as always to our team and player sponsors. 💙
