Dengan mengusung semangat “Empowering Future Leaders: Igniting Vision, Strengthening Leadership, Creating Impact,” FILS 2026 hadir sebagai langkah mempersiapkan generasi pemimpin yang tidak hanya memiliki visi, tetapi mampu menggerakkan kolaborasi dan menghadirkan dampak nyata.
Melalui rangkaian talkshow dan mentoring session, FILS 2026 menjadi ruang untuk bertukar perspektif, memperluas pemahaman, dan belajar dari pengalaman para pemimpin.
Melalui FISIP Leader Summit (FILS) 2026, mahasiswa FISIP Universitas Padjadjaran diajak untuk mengenali potensi diri, memahami dinamika organisasi, dan mengembangkan kapasitas kepemimpinan yang relevan dengan tantangan masa kini.
Menjadi seorang pemimpin bukan hanya tentang keberanian mengambil keputusan atau kemampuan mengarahkan orang lain. Lebih dari itu, kepemimpinan tumbuh dari pemahaman terhadap diri sendiri, kesediaan untuk terus belajar, serta kemampuan membawa perubahan di lingkungan sekitar.
