UPDATE: It is no longer appropriate to use "S. Sudan" as an abbreviation for #SouthSudan🇸🇸 (an independent country), as the same term was historically used for Southern Sudan (a region in #Sudan🇸🇩). Using the same abbreviation creates unnecessary ambiguity/confusion.
