President Trump announced once week ago today that he selected Katie Zacharia to serve as White House press secretary.
Today, he told her she should "reconsider" the role.
Zeldin took reporter questions for about an hour today.
He said proposed changes to the methane rule are "days, not weeks" from being signed.
I asked whether proposed waivers that would give water systems 2 extra years to comply with PFAS regs are meant to be widespread or for special circumstances.

Not my normal news post, but perhaps the most important. My cousin, Jake, is fighting one of the toughest diseases - stage 4 brain cancer.
While the average age for a glioblastoma diagnosis is 65, Jake was just 31.
