My annual trip to Monaco just keeps on getting better, the event builds every year. This year boxing on the beach was followed by speaking on Wellbeing at @FundForumEvent.
I was honoured to be shortlisted as a finalist for the @LondonSport Volunteer
of the year award. Had a lovely evening last week celebrating with the coaches, club leaders and volunteers shortlisted for an award. Thank you London Sport and congratulations to all the winners.

A project close to my heart as my dad suffers with Parkinson’s. I thoroughly enjoyed putting this together and have been working on something bigger and better 👀

Last week we coached over 200 school children from @cityoflondon schools in @WestHamParkE7 for the #CitySchoolsHealthChallenge It was great day introducing so many young people to boxing 🥊

@hawleyabc, a non-profit dedicated to giving back to Camden, received support from the #WeMakeCamdenKit fund and a Growth Grant. Partnering with Health Coach Kitchen, they taught junior boxers how to fuel their training on a budget! 🥊💪
Last weekend we transformed the gym into a kitchen so our boxers could learn about making food to fuel their training on a budget. Many thanks to Health Coach Kitchen and Camden Giving for making this possible. @hawleyabc @England_Boxing
