Next week, on the 25th November, the legal system and the justice system will be put to the test.
That test will be to decide if a teacher, or any other professional, who raises a safeguarding concern and acts in accordance with his conscience can be barred by the state from his profession on subjective evidence.
In so doing, the justice system will have to decide if facts and law are to predominate over value judgements and demonstrate that this is the case.

I don't care what the court says - the police and the judicial system is heavily broken and unfortunately can't be trusted. Common sense tells you that these officers did not treat the pensioner with caution, care or dignity - Poor behaved police = poor & dangerous service
