Our 310-FIRE line operators have been busy! This month alone we have received over 800 phone calls. Thank you to everyone who has reported wildfires, your diligence helps us respond quickly to new wildfires. Remember, if you see suspicious smoke or fire in the forest, report it!

Paramedics, firefighters & dispatchers are doing everything they can to fill in the gaps, but Alberta’s EMS crisis is pushing all first responders to a breaking point. As wildfires rage on across AB, we're left with even less resources to help our communities. Lives are at risk.
A FIRE ADVISORY is now in place for East & West Rocky View County & will continue as long as conditions remain. Burning & fireworks permits are suspended. Burning is banned with some exceptions. Visit rockyview.ca/fireban for details.
FIRE ADVISORY// May 1, 2023. Due to dry/windy conditions Rocky View County has issued a fire advisory.
