Remember Aqsa Parvez, the teenage Toronto girl whose father and brother tortured and killed her for her refusal to wear the hijab? The Toronto media called it “domestic violence. “ It was an honour killing. Nobody wanted to know. Her family were not “extremists”. In Pakistan, where they came from, honour killings are rampant. They brought that culture to Toronto. Nobody knows which girls wearing hijab choose to freely or are forced to. Those forced to will never say so publicly. Zero comparison with the kippah. No female politician in a free country should treat the hijab as a courtesy optic. It is a politicized gesture of submission in the white-collar jihad. She could wear a loose scarf to register “modesty”. Never the hijab.

This woman is about to be executed in Iran.
Her name is Taraneh Rahimi. 20 years old. From Isfahan.
Her crime? Joining the January uprising and stopping the beating of another protester.
Sentence: DEATH after being tortured with electric shocks and threatened with rape in prison.
Despite Taraneh's deteriorating health, an official in the prison's medical unit told her:
"You're going to be executed anyway whether you die from the pain in your leg or die paralyzed, what does it matter?"

Let me introduce you to Sarina Esmailzadeh, another hero from my country, Iran.
She was 16 years old. And like so many teenage girls her age, she had a YouTube channel.
She filmed herself baking cookies. She vlogged about her life in Karaj. She talked about compulsory hijab, about what it meant to grow up as a girl under the Islamic Republic, and about her dreams for freedom.
She laughed on camera. She joked. She danced. She was full of life.
On September 23, 2022, Sarina joined the Woman, Life, Freedom uprising. Amnesty International reported that security forces struck her repeatedly on the head with batons, killing her. She was only 16.
I know I keep repeating her age. But how can I not? She was sixteen.
She wanted the world to understand what it means to be a girl standing against bad laws, discriminatory traditions, and a political system that seek to control a woman’s body, her mind, her clothes, and her future.
Sarina stood against all of it. And I have a question:
How many women in the West know her name? How many college students and campus activists know her story?
I want everyone to know her name. Because the regime could kill Sarina, but it could not kill what she stood for.
We are not giving up. We will continue the path Sarina and so many other brave Iranian girls began.

The notion that the United States has any serious grievances with Canada's conduct in trade relations is bunk.

The part that stings is the exit tax. Canada treats leaving as a deemed disposition, so you pay capital gains on assets you never actually sold just for the crime of walking out the door. You build a life, you pay tax the whole way, and then the state bills you again on the way out. High earners already carry a 53% top marginal rate in Ontario before the departure hit lands.

There is no greater redpill on the nature of women than being an investigator.
I lost count of the number of women who would tearfully describe abuse on a certain date, time, and place in our facilities, and when I would go over the HD video footage, the event literally did not take place. As in, either they or their assailant were not even in the building, or they simply walked within 50 feet of each other with no interaction.
I would show the women the evidence exonerating their accused assailant, and I never once had any of them give it up and admit she was lying. She would say everything from "He somehow must have hacked into the system and altered it" to "Brujas" (witch in Spanish).
Men would lie too, but when I showed them the evidence, they would admit they made it up to hurt someone.
Women would accuse both men and women of terrible misdeeds, cry to us, and write sworn statements, and then triple down, even accusing me of being in on it.
I grew so disgusted by it, I pushed for policy changes to have false statements be a cause for termination. This was rejected because it would "silence victims' voices".
Well, yeah, no shit. We need to silence lying saboteurs. There need to be consequences for evil.
