HERE’S WHERE THE SYSTEM BROKE DOWN: @scoopercooper A Superior Court Judge placed a Preservation and Protection Order on River Green’s building and assets. They could not be sold, transferred or used for another business until all the lawsuits were settled. Health Canada was notified. Our 5 lawyers warned Health Canada about the order, sending it directly to Sonia Douglas. Sophia’s Garden Artisan was licensed at the same facility using all the assets violating the order. @CTVNews HOW? Brad was locked out October 5th. River Green never sold (anything) SGA the building, the crop or the security system. We have an email that shows SGA trying to buy River Green’s cameras, server and security system AFTER SGA had already been licensed. Attached. 5 days after that meeting the Brad Olson, the RPIC was locked out. Attached. @OPP_COMM_NWR So how did SGA satisfy the licensing requirements? Spoiler…They didn’t! SGA tried to buy the security system after they were licensed. How does that work? @chronicleherald Then approximately $4 MILLION worth of River Green cannabis disappeared after Brad was locked out. Alex Cone, one of the illegal harvesters confessed to everything. @RebelNews_CA We allege it was diverted to the black market rather than lawfully destroyed, by Jordan Smith-River Greens Head of Security. (ONLY guy onsite who had access to delete the 232 cameras) @HelloTBay If it was destroyed, show the required destruction records; opening and closing weights, 2 witness statements, inventory records and security footage. Just typing “100% destroyed” in the report doesn’t cut it. All waste material was required to be rendered inert by mixing it with kitty litter. No two weeks notice so Health Canada could watch via cameras. @APTNNews Sonia Douglas was involved in the licensing decisions we are questioning and was later promoted into a senior enforcement/compliance Management position. The very role needed & capable of covering it up. That doesn’t prove wrongdoing. @CityNewsOttawa But it is exactly why Health Canada should NOT be the only institution investigating Health Canada. We don’t let criminals investigate their own crimes for a reason. HC’s “investigation” was closed after a single hour meeting. That’s an alibi NOT an investigation. This is not complicated. Everything is on the website. @OttawaCitizen READ THE COURT ORDER. COMPARE THE TWO LICENSING FILES. If they match that proves fraud. CHECK WHO OWNED THE ASSETS. SGA owned nothing. CHECK THE SECURITY RECORDS. HC KNEW AND FAILED TO REFER IT TO LOCAL POLICE. FOLLOW THE CANNABIS. NO RECORDS, YOU MUST ASSUME THEFT. Do those plants look like they are dying? We aren’t demanding convictions. WE ARE DEMANDING AN INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION. If everything was legal, an investigation will show that. The Liberals are terrified this will all be exposed. The law applies to us all - the government too!!! The complete story and evidence is here. sites.google.com/view/themur… – at Thunder Bay, Ontario
Replying to @OPP_NWR
@OPP_NWR Jordan Smith, who was the head of Security for River Green Thunder Bay Inc. directed, participated, financially benefited, and covered up the theft of millions of dollars in legal cannabis diverting it to the black market. He was the only one with the access and ability to delete the 232 cameras. He failed to document the claimed “destruction” as required by law, no photos, no witness statements, no camera records, no opening and closing weights. Only reporting “100% destroyed”. Cannabis compliance was aware and failed to refer the internal report to local police for investigation. Also required by law. Here is that report. 6660 plants were growing when Brad (RPIC) was locked out. He is now working in the cyber crimes division. We are asking for a proper investigation. If those plants died in that system, then prove it. Under the mandate, if you can no longer track through documentation a Cannabis crop, you must assume it was stolen. That is why those records are so important to a producer, and they would never destroy a crop without them because it proves you didn’t steal the crop.

Wouldn’t it be ironic that the birth certificates that take down M&H aren’t their children’s but her own? When she was a suitcase girl on deal or no deal she told them she was 25 when she was actually 32 If that’s true, and she put a fake age on the wedding paperwork there may not be an expensive payout. It might just be annulled due to fraud. The other fraud is that she if she didn’t carry those children and they weren’t born of her body, regardless of the genetics, they are not legally in the line of succession. More fraud.

Just discovered the suite we rented is illegal. Some people just don’t think the rules apply to them. In our area the fine is 500 a day from date of occupancy. That’s 15 k a month in fines. Time to find a proper home. A legal one.

In the okanagan apples are in season. Bought 30 lbs. one apple is big enough for a single pie. I have never in my life seen apples that are so huge. Each apple is over a pound! They probably don’t make it out of the area. No one bought a couple. More like a couple boxes! What’s your favourite apple anything? Two pies down. Apple crumble next and 15 pie fillings for the freezer and I still have tons left.

My ass is firmly in bed with a broken tooth and migraine. The perfect chance to work up new shirts. My son is 14. His shirt. Dear lord (boy fervently praying on his knees) please send me 10,000 dollars and 3 bitches. I died. 😂 That’s going up there and Carter gets all the money. I like The comeback beats the setback.

The River Green fight is entering its next phase. We are no longer relying on one avenue. Here is what is coming: 1️⃣ FEDERAL COURT — JUDICIAL REVIEW We are building the evidence for a Federal Court challenge concerning the federal decisions, actions and failures to act surrounding River Green, the court orders, licensing, the cannabis crop and regulatory oversight. Our goal is to put the documented evidence before the Court and create a formal path toward accountability and resolution. We are also preparing for the possibility of early settlement or mediation rather than allowing this matter to drag on indefinitely. 2️⃣ PARLIAMENTARY PRIVILEGE We are documenting what happened involving our Member of Parliament and examining whether communications or conduct originating from the federal government may have interfered with the MP’s ability to perform parliamentary functions. The evidence will include the communications, chronology, court records and what happened before and after the disputed communication. The question is simple: Was an MP potentially impeded from doing parliamentary work? House authorities recognize that demonstrable interference with a Member’s parliamentary functions can raise a question of privilege. (House of Commons of Canada) 3️⃣ CANADIAN BILL OF RIGHTS / CIVIL RIGHTS We are also developing the federal matter from a Canadian Bill of Rights and constitutional-rights perspective. The Canadian Bill of Rights recognizes protections including liberty, security of the person, enjoyment of property, due process and equality before the law. (Laws and Regulations of Canada) We are examining whether the documented federal conduct engages those protections and what legal remedies may be available. 4️⃣ THE EVIDENCE We are building the record: • Court orders • Federal communications • Health Canada records • Licensing records • Cannabis-tracking evidence • Crop and asset evidence • The MP chronology • What government officials were told • What happened afterward We are not asking people to simply believe our allegations. We are putting the evidence together so it can be examined. 5️⃣ THE MEDIA We will be bringing the documented story to journalists and the public. Not with rumours. Not with exaggeration. With documents, dates, communications, court records and questions that deserve answers. River Green has now moved into a new phase: COURT. PARLIAMENT. RIGHTS. PUBLIC ACCOUNTABILITY. We are going to follow the evidence wherever it leads. #RiverGreen #TheMurderOfMaryJane #JudicialReview #ParliamentaryPrivilege #CanadianBillOfRights #Accountability #Justice

When @JustinTrudeau lied to our MP that we had sued the federal government and told him that he was not to speak with us or discuss it or meet with us destroyed our opportunity to be represented in Ottawa which is every Canadian’s right to representation. All to cover up the 500 million dollar cannabis license that was illegally issued when Sonia Douglas ignored a Superior Court Preservation and Protection order on the building and assets. The billions in losses falls squarely on the Liberal Government shoulders. As per the Mandate, this internal report should’ve been referred to local police for investigation when millions of dollars in Cannabis was diverted to the black market. @scoopercooper No country benefits from governments that operate outside of the law they impose on all of us. @CanadianPM knew and chose to continue the lie and coverup. Myself and our lawyers have informed them numerous times but Carney chose the lie instead of dealing with the first major violation of the Cannabis Act. – at Thunder Bay, Ontario

I just replied to a Donald Trump post for the first time and I feel dirty. If he didn’t have so much power I wouldn’t bother listening, it’s like feeding the attention monster in Meagan and Harry.

We are taking the River Green fight into two additional legal avenues. 1️⃣ Parliamentary Privilege We are documenting what happened involving our Member of Parliament and examining whether communications or conduct originating from the federal government may have interfered with the MP’s ability to perform parliamentary functions. This is not about asking Parliament to decide the entire River Green case. It is about one fundamental question: Was an elected Member of Parliament potentially obstructed or interfered with while carrying out parliamentary work? We are assembling the communications, chronology, court records and supporting evidence for the MP to review and determine whether the matter should be raised as a question of parliamentary privilege. 2️⃣ Canadian Bill of Rights / Civil Rights We are also examining the federal conduct from a Canadian Bill of Rights and civil-rights perspective. The question is whether identifiable federal government actions or failures engaged protected rights, including rights relating to liberty, security of the person, enjoyment of property, equality before the law and due process. We are not asking anyone to simply take our allegations on faith. We are building the evidence. Court orders. Government communications. Regulatory records. Licensing records. Cannabis-tracking evidence. The chronology. What was reported to federal authorities. What happened afterward. This is about putting the evidence in front of the appropriate legal and parliamentary bodies and demanding that the questions be properly examined. River Green is not going away. We are pursuing every legitimate avenue available to have the evidence examined and to seek accountability where the evidence supports it. #RiverGreen #TheMurderOfMaryJane #ParliamentaryPrivilege #CanadianBillOfRights #Accountability #Justice

@scoopercooper this is so much bigger than just a business being murdered. Our MP Allister Mcgreggor was in Ottawa. He was told the lie that we had sued the federal government, and that was why he couldn’t speak with us, even though that was a total lie. I spent months trying to email him and tell him that we had never sued anyone and we desperately needed his help to be represented in Ottawa. The same lie was told to one of the victims MP in Thunder Bay. Both MPs refused to speak with the victims, even though there was no lawsuit against the federal government. Our position has never changed. We cannot sue somebody into jail and these are crimes that need to be investigated properly. All we want is a proper investigation that isn’t closed after a single hour meeting.
