@Rocket_Pool's proposed queue would let holders recover $ETH through validator exits when liquidity runs short. The full Saturn 2 package still needs ratification.

+ Preferred MEGAPOOL exit criteria is random selection
+ RPIP-71 will be included in the upgrade
