Tar spot and southern rust much less severe than last year. Picture is worst leaf I could find

June 10th okay, but July 10th? Field had one of our better giant ragweed products applied too. Might be making an attempt to unseat waterhemp as the most troublesome weed.

It takes me a bit to calibrate. When I 1st found the leaf in photo 1, thought it was Gray Leaf Spot, but then I held it up to light and saw the yellow halo photo 2. Was sure it was Bacterial Leaf Streak, which isn't managed w/ fungicide. Thanks @alisonrISU for confirmation.

A consultant in SC MN sent photos of severe fall armywom infestation in an oat cover crop. The larvae were nearly full grown. It might be worth checking any emerged fall cereals, lush grass hay ground an possibly very late-planted sweet corn.
